"Do you have time? My family would love to have you over for another meal," Christina said politely on the other end of the line.

"Huh? Why?" Hayden asked, genuinely baffled. He had already been to Christina's place for dinner once. Another invitation? That couldn't be for no reason.

"Actually, could you come by the office first? There's something else I need to talk to you about," Christina added.
