REBORN My Second Life I Became The Villianess novel Nysa and Dario Valteri Chapter 127
I started laughing, like full-out laughing. "Jax, you're getting a pay raise," I said with a smile.
"Boss, can I play with them? It'll round up everyone," Jax asked.
I leaned back in her chair. "How do you want to play with them, Jax?" I asked.
"Well, they're one mile out. They expect guns, a fight, rain, they planned for everything, but I don't think he planned for mass diarrhea," Jax said and I started laughing even harder. "Go ahead, Jax, play with them.” I said.
“Actually, they'll need the hospital and we get them where we want them," Jax said.
Vincenzo started laughing.
"Go ahead, Jax," I said and ended the call.
"He is fucking ruthless," Uncle Pascal said.
Dad sat back in his chair and looked at me . "Where did you find him?" he asked, looking at me.
I smiled. "In my last life, I ran into him after I had started Cipher Core. I was already twenty one. He was working with a security company, and I overheard their conversation. I remembered it from my past life. He was having a hard time after leaving the army, so in this life, I found him earlier and gave him a leg up. Jax is loyal to me and only me. He's my driver, sparring partner, bodyguard, he's all of it," I said.
Dad and uncle Pascal both nodded. Grandfather sat back in his chair. "Then we don't need to use you as bait. If he manages to do that, then they'll have no choice but to go to the hospital," he said.
"True, but it is a possibility that Russo has a doctor on hand," Uncle Pascal said.
We sat talking for a while more. Thirty minutes later, my phone vibrated. It was a message from Jax. I opened it and pressed play. From the video, I could tell Jax was high up, stationed in a tree surrounded by thick branches. Below was a row of tents, what looked like over one hundred tents and I could see people running around, some clutching their backsides, some yelling, and some flat on the ground.
I handed my phone to Dario, who watched it and then passed it around the table. "He is efficient. How much do you pay him?" Dad asked.
I smiled. "500K a month," I replied, and they all stared at me.
Dario leaned back in his chair. "How much money do you have, wife?" he asked. I looked at them, then sighed. "If I tell you, you probably won't believe me."
Uncle Pascal leaned back and crossed his arms. "Try me," he said.
I smirked. "I was reborn at six, then sent away. At seven, I started planning. By twelve years old, I was already tutoring, investing in everything. By sixteen, I had a solid fake identity with multiple offshore accounts. Let's just say before I turned 18, I already had 500 million."
Vincenzo stared at me. I saw the slight smile Grandfather had on his face, and Dad , Uncle Pascal, and Dario were looking at me proudly.
"God damn, my niece made 500 million all before she was 18 years old," Uncle Pascal said.
I nodded. "Yes, because I remember the last life. What stock, what digital currency, what trend. I remembered it all. The tutoring payment was all invested, and when I got that back, I invested double, triple. I built it all because I wanted to rebuild Cipher Core and make sure no one, especially Nysa, could take it away from me." I said.
"I remembered it all too," Dario said.
