Class 10 classroom.

Elizabeth had been messaging Wren all day without any response, and she couldn’t sit still anymore.

She was keeping score about that slap Isabella gave her last night, and she had to teach Isabella a lesson.

Elizabeth directly called Wren.

It took a long time before the call was answered.

Elizabeth immediately said, “Did you see the messages I sent you? Wren, you have to help me teach that Isabella a good lesson!”

Wren was lying in bed, his whole body covered in injuries.

How could Isabella beat Wren and his guys?

Her grip on the phone tightened. “But didn’t you guys already grab the watch…”

I didn’t even touch the case of her watch!”

Elizabeth was completely shocked.

They didn’t get the watch at all?

How could this be?

She couldn’t believe it.

Wren sneered viciously, “Elizabeth, this whole thing started because of you! You need to pay the guys medical bills! If you hadn’t asked me to grab that stupid watch, why would I have gone after that crazy girl! This is all your fault!

Before Elizabeth could say anything, she received over a dozen photos.

All of them were injury reports and bills from the hospital.

Elizabeth looked at the diagnoses like ‘fractured ribs, broken nose bone, fractured wrist bone, knocked–out front teeth, fractured pelvis, and her eyes went

wide.

She trembled. All of this… Isabella did this?‘

“Who else? I’m giving you three days to send over the medical fees, or when I get out of the hospital, you’ll be sorry!”

Wren hung up after saying that.

Elizabeth looked at the bill.

Total: one hundred thousand dollars.

She was so angry she threw her phone.

‘Useless!‘

She didn’t expect Wren and his guys to be all talk and no action, unable to even handle one Isabella!

And they had the nerve to ask her to pay medical bills!

Why didn’t they just drop dead?

Zoey and Aria walked in just as Elizabeth threw her phone. “Elizabeth, what’s wrong?”

Elizabeth said furiously, “Those idiots Wren and his guys didn’t get the watch at all. Not only that, they got beaten up by Isabella!”

Zoey and Aria were both in disbelief. “How could that happen?”

Elizabeth was shaking with anger. ‘I really can’t deal with that little bitch Isabella!”

She had always gotten her way, and had never been this frustrated.

Aria walked over and picked up Elizabeth’s phone from the floor, ‘Elizabeth, it’s not like there’s no other way.”

She smiled darkly. “Guess what Zoey and I just found out?‘

Elizabeth looked at them blankly. “What?”

“Just now we heard outside Hannah’s office that Isabella reported Violet for working part–time at a bar after school.”

Elizabeth frowned. “Aren’t Isabella and Violet supposed to be on good terms?‘

“Who knows?” Aria shrugged, took out her phone, and opened a photo she had secretly taken through the window, placing it on Elizabeth’s desk.

In the photo, Isabella and Hannah were talking in the office.

Chapter 78

Aria swiped on her phone and smiled coldly. “We were smart and recorded it too.”

“What do you think? If everyone knew Isabella was this two–faced, backstabbing person, would anyone in Class 11 still want to hang out with her?”

Elizabeth’s eyes lit up, and she patted Aria’s shoulder. “Aria, good job!”

Finally, they could turn things around.

Elizabeth cheered up again. ‘Come on, I’ll treat you guys to dinner to celebrate today’s discovery!”

Around 8 PM, Violet came out of Hannah’s office, looking upset.

Charles stepped forward. “How did it go? What did your teacher say?”

Violet sighed. “She said if she catches me working at the bar again, I’ll be disciplined.”

“She also added the bar manager’s contact info and said she’ll keep following up. The manager agreed with her, so there’s no way he’ll let me sing at his

place anymore.”

Charles’s face immediately darkened. “How could this happen?‘

If Violet couldn’t earn money, wouldn’t his plan to take Juniper to Disney for three days be ruined?

Violet pressed her lips together and said apologetically to Charles, “I’m sorry, Charles. I promised I’d help you save up for a guitar, but now I can’t even work

at the bar anymore.”

Charles held back his anger, clenched his fists, and said softly, “It’s okay, Violet. This is actually better – you won’t have to work so hard.”

“But what about your guitar?”

“It’s fine. Didn’t I say I could work part–time to earn money? Charles forced a smile. “It’ll just take longer, but I’ll save up eventually.”

Violet could see the strain in his smile and felt guilty. “This is all my fault.”
