Alpha King Julian’s POV

The birthday celebration had finally come to an end.

After catching up with Alpha Dorian, Luna Camilla, Breck, and his new mate Alexia, I found myself curled up beside my stunning mate in her bedroom.

It still amazed me-she truly was the Golden Wolf.

Her parents had given us their blessing.

Her father had sensed from the start that she was meant to be mine.

That was why he gently pushed her to come to the palace, under the pretense of training the she-wolves.

She tried to get up, but I grabbed her hand, curious whère she was headed.

She led me to the ensuite bathroom, inviting me in for a bubble bath.

After soaking and sharing intimate conversation, we returned to her expansive king-sized bed.

I wore only my boxers; she was in a simple tank top and booty shorts.
