“Don’t forget, I have nothing to do with the Lewis family anymore. What I choose to do is none of your business.

Every time, they jumped in without knowing the full story, criticizing her from their so-called moral high ground.
She was sick of it.
To anyone else, they might look like her protective older brothers.
But anyone watching closely would think they came just to settle a score.
Sometimes, she really didn’t understand what kind of spell Luna had cast on them to make them all so blindly devoted to her.
Hector snapped coldly, “Autumn! You want to cut ties with us? Don’t forget what your last name is!”
Even though Autumn was his real sister, it had always been Luna and her mother who stayed by their side growing up, caring for them without fail.
And with Autumn’s abrasive personality and extreme way of thinking, it was only natural their loyalties leaned toward that mother and daughter.
Just then, a deep, magnetic voice sounded from the entrance. “You have no right to judge her, and even less to tell her to leave because I’m her guardian.”
Keith walked in, dressed in a perfectly tailored black suit.
Behind him was a tall, well-built young man in a royal blue suit, with sharp features and a striking presence.
The moment Keith appeared, the chatter came to an abrupt halt, and people began stepping forward to greet
him.
Simon’s eyes widened in shock when he recognized Keith.
He hadn’t expected Autumn to know the Sinclair heir.
It was truly surprising.
Keith walked straight over to Autumn, his gaze softening as he checked her over. “Are you alright?”
Autumn shook her head. “I’m fine. Thank you for stepping in.”
Even if she didn’t need help, it was still proper to express gratitude when someone stood up for her.
Lucas glanced at Keith and silently scoffed-he’d never seen him so attentive toward any woman since they were kids.
This was a first.
Simon quickly stepped forward and explained politely, “Mr. Sinclair, I think you misunderstood. We were just

worried she might go astray, so we said a few things.
“She’s our sister, after all. There’s no way we’d ever hurt her, right?”
He truly hadn’t expected Autumn to know Keith, let alone have him openly defending her.

The Sinclair family was not a family they could afford to offend, so Simon had no choice but to bite the bullet and offer an explanation.
Hector, who had never seen Keith before, tugged on Simon’s sleeve and said with clear dissatisfaction, “Simon, who is this guy? You don’t need to explain anything to him. Autumn was the one in the wrong to begin with.
“She went way too far this time, bullying Luna like that. Simon, you have to stand up for Luna!”
He had no idea who the man in front of him was, but anyone who sided with Autumn couldn’t possibly be someone good.
Knowing Autumn’s level, he didn’t believe for a second that she could really befriend someone of real power.
Simon shot Hector a fierce glare and pressed his lips together without saying a word.
Hector took that as silent agreement and continued, “Simon, Autumn wore a fake gown just to compete with Luna for her boyfriend. We can’t let her get away with it!
“Luna finally started dating someone. If Autumn ruins it, think how devastated she’ll be!”
