Remorse After Breaking Up (Sebastian) novel Chapter 1022

Everyone had expected Juniper to win, and at first, it seemed like that would happen. However, in the final moment, Faith unleashed a terrifying palm strike that severely injured Juniper in an instant.

This scene left everyone dumbfounded, even Faith herself, who wore an expression of disbelief.

Although she knew her strike was powerful, she hadn't expected it to incapacitate Juniper entirely.

Juniper was both shocked and furious, glaring at Faith with eyes burning with anger. "What is your connection to Sebastian?"

"I don't know what you're talking about. I don't know anyone named Sebastian," Faith replied. She maintained a calm expression, but inside, her heart was in turmoil.

She had just realized that the man who had helped her was none other than the recently-famous Sebastian.

"Juniper, what's going on?" Gage asked in confusion.

Juniper responded furiously, "Her last strike was infused with active and passive power. There's no doubt Sebastian helped her in secret!"

Gage turned to Faith and asked, "You've been cultivating metal-based spiritual energy, haven't you? How do you explain that last attack?"

Faith answered coldly, "There's nothing to explain. I don't know any Sebastian."

"Mr. Gage, are you saying that your sect can't handle losing?" Celia asked as she stood up.

Gage retorted angrily, "We can accept defeat, but it was a bit strange that she used her active and passive power just now."

"There's nothing strange about it. It's merely a secret technique of our sect," Celia said coldly.

Gage was speechless. Although he knew Celia was lying, he had no proof to back up his suspicions.

Since different types of spiritual energy couldnt coexist in one body, even if he suspected Sebastian had stored his energy in Faith's body, no one would believe it.

Swallowing his anger, Gage had no choice but to announce the results. "The champion of this tournament is Faith Warren from Nebulosa Sect!"
