Remorse After Breaking Up (Sebastian) novel Chapter 1081

The target was a two-star Lesser Deity Master. With no time to dodge, he quickly unleashed a wave of sword energy toward the incoming rocket.

A loud boom followed, and the rocket exploded. It sent the flames shooting into the sky and hurled him through the air.

Fortunately, the two-star Lesser Deity Master's sword energy managed to cushion the blow from about 30 feet away. Combined with the protection of his spiritual shield, he only coughed up a mouthful of blood.

Fear surged within him, but he quickly realized that other Miton family members were already closing in on Sebastian. Just as they prepared to attack from a distance, Sebastian raised his hand and threw dozens of grenades their way.

"Run!"

By now, everyone had witnessed the devastating power of the grenades. Panic set in when they saw Sebastian throw dozens at once, and they scrambled to escape.

The grenades arced through the air. It was followed by a series of thunderous explosions that lit up the sky. Smoke and debris filled the air, and shrapnel rained down. The shockwave surged outward like a tidal wave and wreaked havoc all around.

At the center of the explosion, several Miton family members were knocked to the ground by the force of the blast. Their bodies lay mangled and bloodied as screams pierced the air. Their clothes were torn, soaked in blood, and their faces twisted in pain and terror.

Sebastian seized the moment and activated a barrier that enveloped the entire Novak family in a protective shell. The barrier shimmered with light and absorbed the shockwaves from the blasts.

"The barrier is up. Thank goodness," the Novak family members exclaimed with relief.

His anger had reached a boiling point. One of his arms had been blown off, and his body was covered in wounds. All thoughts of pleasure had vanished, and his only thought now was how to kill Sebastian and the others.

"Looks like you haven't learned your lesson yet. Well, let's see how you like this." Sebastian pulled out a rocket and loaded it into his bazooka, then aimed squarely at Trent.

He had already studied the barrier's properties. While it allowed those inside to attack the outside, any assault from outside would be thwarted. He knew the rocket could pass through freely.

Trent's face went pale at the sight. He immediately turned to flee, with the others scrambling after him. However, they didn't run far and only retreated to a safer distance a few miles away.

Trent knew the barrier was impenetrable and consumed at least one million spiritual stones daily. He calculated it wouldn't last long. While he tended to his wounds, he waited and bided his time for the barrier to fall.
