"What is it?" Calix asked, puzzled.

Sebastian chuckled. "Do you remember the time when you captured Princess Delaney? I told you something back then. Surely you haven't forgotten already?"

Calix's face turned pale as he recalled the incident. Sebastian had demanded that he severed his own hand.

He was both terrified and angry. "Sebastian, you're pushing things too far! My grandfather is a high-ranking elder of the Sacred Ground and an Intermediate Deity Realm Master. Have you ever considered the consequences?"

Sebastian laughed coldly. "An elder of the Sacred Ground? An Intermediate Deity Realm Master? That doesn't mean anything to me. If he dares to cross me, I'll make sure he regrets it."
