Lila glared venomously at Sebastian. "How dare you humiliate Mr. Sabalja like that? He won't let this slide. You'll regret this."

"Why should I care about a dog's bark? If he keeps whining, maybe I'll toss him a bone or two later," Sebastian retorted.

Damir clenched his fists, and his anger boiled over. If this weren't a place where fighting was forbidden, he would have torn Sebastian apart.

Lila gritted her teeth in frustration.

He ignored Sebastian and turned to Lydia. "Hurry up and cut the stone. My mood's already ruined, and when this is over, you'll feel the full weight of my anger. Don't blame me for being rough later. Blame your useless assistant."
