Rowena immediately burst into tears, her face streaked with sorrow. This wasn't all an act. She had been tortured by the bandits for an entire afternoon, and her whole body ached.

"My father and our Olsen family's warriors were there too. But I never expected that bastard to be so strong. Everyone else was killed, including my father.

"And I just received news that our Olsen family was also wiped out by that bastard. You have to avenge us, Mr. Lawson."

"What?"

Caspian was stunned. "Who is this Sebastian guy? Was he alone?"

Rowena nodded.

However, he was from a small family, and his rise to power was marked by extreme caution. Though he spoke dismissively of Sebastian, inwardly, he did not take the threat lightly.
