"W-What?" Drakaria's mouth hung open in astonishment. He couldn't believe that Sebastian intended to make Armina his wife.
"Supreme Lord Sebastian, the Divine Sect is our mortal enemy. How can I marry their Goddess?" Drakaria protested.
"You don't understand," Sebastian replied. "It's precisely because we're enemies that we should take their women. If you don't want to marry her, you can keep her as a servant instead."
"Thank you, Supreme Lord Sebastian, for this gift," Drakaria said as he quickly knelt down to express his gratitude.
Putting aside the enmity, Armina was indeed an exceptional woman. Though she wasn't a peerless beauty, she was certainly stunning, far above most.
Moreover, as the Divine Sect's Goddess, her cultivation talent was remarkable. At just 25 years old, she had already reached the middle-stage divine grandmaster level, far surpassing Drakaria.
Turning to Armina, Sebastian said, "I don't like forcing anyone. If you don't want to be with Drakaria, you can refuse."
"I'm willing," Armina responded without the slightest hesitation.
As the Divine Sect's Goddess, she had always been arrogant and looked down on ordinary men. To her, Drakaria was just a mere servant.
He was not even worthy of carrying her shoes, let alone becoming her husband. But at that moment, she didn't dare to refuse, knowing that defiance meant death.
"Good." Sebastian nodded. "As long as you behave, we're all on the same side now. But let me make this clear—if you ever think of betraying us, I guarantee that your fate will be worse than your brother's."
Armina trembled uncontrollably, and her face turned pale with fear.
Sebastian then shifted his gaze to the guests. Wherever his eyes landed, everyone quickly lowered their heads, shaking with fear.
They had come at Apex's invitation, essentially aligning themselves against the Supreme Nexus. So, now they had no idea how Sebastian would deal with them.
"Supreme Lord Sebastian, what should we do with these people?" Gina asked.
Unable to contain their fear any longer, the guests all dropped to their knees.
"Supreme Lord Sebastian, please spare us! We were forced into this!" they pleaded in unison.
"I heard that you're unwilling to pay," Sebastian said with his hands clasped behind his back. He even put on a faint, amused smile.
Still trying to remain composed, Galvin replied, "Supreme Lord Sebastian, it's understandable that you want money. But isn't 500 billion dollars too much? You're being unreasonable. I don't have that much."
The total worth of the Strauss family's gifts had been over 30 billion dollars. With the tenfold penalty, it should've been over 300 billion dollars.
However, as Galvin had previously defended Damien, Sebastian decided to demand more from him.
"So, you'd prefer to die?" Sebastian's smile didn't waver.
Galvin's expression faltered. "Supreme Lord Sebastian, do you really think you can take on the Divine Sect?"
"They're just a bunch of nobodies." Sebastian scoffed dismissively.
Galvin smirked. To him, Sebastian was being too overconfident. "And what if you had to face us, the Strauss family, as well?"
