Remorse After Breaking Up (Sebastian) novel Chapter 978

Galen's gaze toward Sebastian was filled with murderous intent.

Sebastian responded with a mocking smile. He had faced Galen once before, prior to visiting the Swordity. Back then, Galen had only managed to get the upper hand by ambushing him. Otherwise, he wouldn't have been much of a challenge.

After spending a month training in the Chimes Tower, Sebastian's combat skills had significantly improved. If they were to fight again now, he was at least 90% sure that he could cut him down.

"Sebastian, what's going on? Did you offend Mr. Gaudium?" Gina asked anxiously.

Lillian's face also showed concern.

Sebastian chuckled as he said, "You two have been in seclusion, so there's a lot you don't know. In short, I'm at odds with your Gaudium Sect, especially with Galen and Juniper. They'd kill me if they could."

"What?" Lillian was shocked. "How did it come to this? Why are you even here then?"

"Sebastian, you should run!" Gina's voice trembled in fear.

Sebastian smiled and said, "Don't worry. I can handle it."

Galen looked at Sebastian and said coldly, "You brat, you've got some nerve to actually show up at our sect!"

Sebastian gave a light smile. "Didn't you send me an invitation? It would've been rude not to come."

Galen sneered. "Well, well. You've got guts. Once this banquet is over, we'll settle this properly."

The crowd looked at Sebastian as if he were already dead. He had humiliated Juniper twice, and instead of fleeing, he actually had the audacity to attend the banquet. He was such a fool.

Lillian and Gina were both anxious and nervous. "Sebastian, Mr. Gaudium is a Lesser Deity Master. You can't defeat him. You need to find a way to escape."

After more than three years of intensive training, both women had made significant leaps in their practice and gained a deeper understanding of cultivation.
