Sebastian held up three fingers. "All I need is three years. Then, I'll definitely defeat you."

Mitchell chortled loudly, as though he had heard the biggest joke in his life. He bent over from laughing and couldn't shut his mouth.

Not only him, but everyone who came along with him burst into laughter, too. Even the leading elder shook his head unnoticeably, looking at Sebastian as though he was an idiot.

Sebastian could forcibly be considered powerful because he was able to survive a strike from Mitchell. However, that was because Mitchell didn't take him seriously. Or else, Sebastian would be dead already.
