"Show yourselves!" Sebastian hollered fiercely.

"How did you discover us?"

On the top of the hill ahead, eight men in black armor appeared all of a sudden. They were the men from the Alpin family.

"What do you guys want?" Gina quickly retrieved her weapon, her eyes filled with wariness.

Bruce was just as nervous because the people from the Alpin family were simply too strong. Although this group was clearly not as strong as Mitchell, they shouldn't be underestimated.

Calmly, Sebastian asked, "Mitchell sent you to kill me, didn't he?"

One of them replied with a smirk, "It seems like you aren't that dumb. Yes, only death awaits anyone who offends Mr. Alpin. Are you going to end your own life, or should we do it?"

Sebastian wore a disdainful smile. "You guys are merely dogs by Mitchell's side, but you have the guts to bark at me. You have no idea what's better for yourselves."

"How dare you!"

The eight black guards were infuriated. "How dare you call us dogs! You sure have some nerve!"

"You bark so fiercely. Bring it on and show me what you've got." Sebastian was composed. Although he couldn't defeat Mitchell for now, it didn't mean that any random person could beat him.

"Kill him!"

Enraged, the black guards unsheathed their longswords and attacked ferociously, sealing off the spaces where Sebastian could escape with bursts of sharp sword energies.

Gina and Bruce were stunned. They wanted to help out, but these people turned out to be pinnacle demigods, and they were no match for them at all.
