Chapter 454: Chapter 453: Casting Matters for "God and Demon Record

After class, Yun Zijin first went back to the Wangyou Milk Tea Shop with Qin Sitong. They waited until Qin Sitong finished making two hundred cups of Wangyou Milk Tea before leaving the shop and heading to Xinghua Street, to the storefront they had checked out last time.

After looking over the storefront, the space was definitely large enough, but its location was what always made Qin Sitong hesitate.

Hardly anyone dared to come to this area, so Qin Sitong wasn’t sure if opening a shop here would truly be problem-free.

"Everything else about this place is great, except for the location. It really has me torn."

Yun Zijin looked around the rest of the shop and understood Qin Sitong’s concerns.

"Let’s give it a trial run for a while. If it doesn’t work out, we can move. This is business; there are always risks to be taken."

Yun Zijin’s idea was to give it a trial run for a period.

She wasn’t expecting to make a profit; as long as they broke even, it would be fine. After all, even with her resources, there wasn’t much more she could do to help with a location like this.

"Alright then, I’ll take your advice. I’ll start by finding a renovation team to draw up some design plans."

Persuaded by Yun Zijin, Qin Sitong finally made up her mind.

As for the renovation team, Qin Sitong planned to use the same one that had worked on the Wangyou Milk Tea Shop.

The renovation would take a considerable amount of time, which meant the shop wouldn’t open until December at the earliest.

When they opened, however, wasn’t a major concern for Yun Zijin.

She just wanted to help Qin Sitong accumulate more capital so she would feel more confident when the time came to face the Fu Family.

As her best friend, Yun Zijin couldn’t face the Fu Family in her place, but she could help strengthen Qin Sitong’s position.

As for the strong smell of the anti-hair loss and hair growth ginger tea, Yun Zijin believed that for anyone suffering from hair loss, a tea that could actually regrow hair would be a godsend, no matter how bad it stank.

"As for the design’s focus, I think we should consider whether to center it around the Wangyou Milk Tea or the anti-hair loss and hair growth ginger tea."

The two had completely different styles, so the interior design would naturally be different as well.

"In this location, focusing on the anti-hair loss and hair growth ginger tea might make it easier to gain a foothold."

Once you reach middle age, few people can escape the woes of hair loss.

Even many young people were worried about hair loss nowadays. Yun Zijin could already imagine the sensation the ginger tea would cause once it was officially on the market.

Countless shampoo companies had spent years researching this problem without success. One could only imagine the uproar it would cause.

The two of them talked it over while taking videos of the actual storefront.

They needed to send some videos or photos of the actual site to the renovation team. Only after the team agreed to take the job would they come to inspect the location, take measurements, and then produce the design plans.

At this moment, Yun Zijin’s phone rang.

At the sound of the ringtone, Qin Sitong instinctively glanced at Yun Zijin, but she quickly turned away and went back to filming.

Yun Zijin saw it was Fan Qingmao calling and frowned slightly.

’The last meeting ended on a bad note, and it’s only been a few days. Now he’s calling again. Honestly, if she didn’t own shares in Yuepin Media, she would’ve blocked him in a heartbeat.’

"Yes? What is it?"

This Fan Qingmao was clearly acting on behalf of Yuepin Media’s chairman, Yu Zejian. Yun Zijin had a low opinion of Yu Zejian’s character, and by extension, a poor impression of Fan Qingmao as well. If anyone were to ask why, it was simply because she believed in guilt by association.

"Chairman Yun, I sent you the list for the second round of casting for *God and Demon Record*. Please review it when you have a moment."

The fact that Yun Zijin had directly exposed the two lead actors for their criminal activities at the last meeting meant that no one else dared to be careless with her now.

This time, the casting choices had been selected with care. They had all been subjected to background checks, and their histories were vetted for any scandals.
