She accepted the transfer of fifty thousand dollars on behalf of Hank.

“He sent the money to my bank account. The fifty thousand dollars on Apple Cash is just to make things convenient for us when we’re out and about.”

Hank kept funds on Apple Cash for daily expenses.

“We have beaches here in Wiltspoon. It’s a bit of a drive from our place, but the cost won’t be as high if we keep it local. I don’t need new clothes. I have plenty to wear. I haven’t gone through all the hand-me-downs from Sonny’s aunt.

Serenity was going to get rid of her old clothes. When Hank found out, he plucked up the courage to call Serenity and ask for the clothes on behalf of Jessica. Even if the clothes were hand-me-downs, the items Serenity discarded were mostly new.

Her clothes were fine, so Jessica was not one to refuse.

Since Jessica was not fussy about old clothes, Liberty would give some of her lightly worn clothes to Sonny to pass on. With Jessica by Hank’s side, they could look out for one another while caring for Olivia and Luke.

That way, Sonny would not have to worry about Olivia and Luke being left unattended or Hank’s retirement.

Liberty did so to take some pressure off Sonny as well.
