Diamond was very happy to hear that, and excitedly followed Lim Ji-soo after exchanging a few words.
It was her first time entering such a home and honestly, she loved everything that she was seeing. Unlike in her country where they are fond of using bricks to build their house, here, they like mixing bricks, stones and wood. The wood seems to be the expensive kind. She wasn’t into this kind of thing, but just looking at it, it was probably the kind that sells like antiques.
If Andrea could hear her, he would have told her that the house was built with Gesalsi Red Pine (Sonamu) – this is a backbone of hanok (traditional homes) architecture. It is lightweight yet remarkably strong, flexible in extreme weather, and natural resistant to moisture.
The other wood was Gesalsi Zelkova (Neutinamu) which features a particularly fine, deep grain. Because of its hardness and beautiful finish, it is most sought after for making furniture and intricate wooden fixtures.
Unfortunately, that wasn’t something that she could know at that moment. Living in a country where the major wood that they know especially when it comes to building houses being timber, the other woods were used as firewood. As for what makes furniture, there was mahogany and what again?
Anyway, that wasn’t any of her concern. So, she never took any notice.
Inside the house, while the outside looked traditional, the modern part was found inside, especially when she saw the large kitchen which screamed high-tech. one could appreciate how high tech developed Gesalsi was, as well as how it was when it comes to food and cosmetics.
The aroma of food wafted in her nose, and she could pick up some familiar dishes she had eaten when she was in Gesalsi the previous time.
Her stomach grumbled in anticipation and she didn’t feel ashamed of that at all.
Every person in this world eats as well as going to the toilet. So why should she act as if she was a fairy who lives on dew or fasting pills?
There was a lot of activity in the kitchen as they get seated.
"Do you want your food served one at a time, or all at once?" once they were seated, Madam Lim asked Diamond.
Diamond didn’t hesitate but responded, "Just bring it all, thank you."
Waiting for a single meal to be served. Won’t that kill her?
Madam Lim gave the order and for the next five minutes or so, Diamond watched at that long table got filled with one dish after another.
Her mouth was pooling with saliva. She was drooling and quite eager to have a taste.
Once all the food was on the table, Diamond shamelessly took out her phone, flashed a toothy grin at Madam Lim before taking several photos and even shot a video.
