"Don’t you look pretty amazing?" the next morning Diamond praised Ruby to the nines as she looked at the little girl dressed in a navy-blue formal suit.
Ruby shyly twirls around after getting the compliment and thanked Diamond.
The two sisters and Ivy, sat at the dining table and started having their breakfast.
This tie, Diamond didn’t nag Ruby at all. She had done her best all this time. She believed that Ruby would know what to do.
Unfortunately, she had no idea how anxious Ruby was as she drove her Cagda away sometime later.
Meanwhile, at the company, the manager was also anxious as he spoke with the HR manager.
"Have you prepared the position for the boss’s little sister?"
The HR manager nodded her head responding, "General Manager, don’t worry about it. Since the boss wants her little sister to acquire a lot of knowledge, I have thought hard about it!" her eyes sparkling and that got the man interested.
"Tell me about it!"
"Its quite simple. I think that she wants to learn and acquire skills. So, instead of putting her in one place, why don’t we rotate her in this month? That way, she can learn more skills. If she doesn’t want, she can just stick to one thing. What do you think?"
The two were busy discussing Ruby’s matters as she drove nervously over.
Meanwhile, on Diamond’s side, after leaving home, with a driver this time, she headed straight to the Nexus Centre for the appointment with the current CEO in charge of the property.
She had no idea that at that very moment, the man was pacing anxiously in his office, checking the time repeatedly, in case he misses the appointment.
No matter what, he needed to pick her up personally.
Knock. Knock.
While waiting for Diamond to arrive, the CEO, received a visitor whom he allowed in.
It was his secretary and upon seeing her, he knew that there should be something important. He had made her clear his morning schedule, just to welcome Diamond, after all.
"Is she here, already?"
The female secretary, with a pair of good and long legs shook her head as she approached.
"No Sir, she hasn’t. I am here on another matter," she responded, softspoken.
Upon hearing that, the CEO sighed somehow and sat down before propping his elbows on the desk.
"What is it?"
However, he looked at Mr. Elvis, a glimmer of hope in his eyes before cooling down. "I ... I will wait for you. I will not cause any trouble," he said before returning to his seat obediently.
Mr. Elvis and the female secretary both sighed with relief before continuing with their journey.
Meanwhile, just some kilometers away from the building, a convoy of five cars faithfully made its way towards the building.
This time, to avoid being spotted and recognized easily, Diamond sat in Will’s car. The Ghost Merchants have their special cars. The kind that appears and disappears like ghost. They were armored, which made her think about getting such a car herself one day.
All the cars she owned could be overturned with a single warhead and were easily penetrate by any kind of bullet.
She didn’t believe that there weren’t any people who weren’t aiming for her riches right now. She had been living too high profile. Someone should be having thoughts, right?
Not that, she was looking forward to such a thing happening.
Anyway, the convoy of these SUVs drew a lot of attention from passersby and as they approached the building, there were several cars of bosses, either going or coming.
They all couldn’t help but wonder which kind of boss was visiting the building this time. did they know who the other person was?
Should they look into the other and start thinking of ways to get acquainted?
