Sorry for Your Loss, It's Me, I'm the Loss novel Chapter 520

Winston’s military theory class was held in the largest lecture hall.

Yvonne and Letitia arrived late, so they took seats in the back row.

Winston walked in just as the bell rang. The moment he entered, the classroom fell silent.

As Mr. Shah lectured from the podium, Letitia took out her book and notebook and began taking notes diligently.

Yvonne sat beside her. She didn’t take notes, but she listened with intense focus. For a moment, it felt as if she were back in her student days at the academy.

Those had been the most carefree times of her life.

Winston had a habit of randomly pointing at a student to answer a question during his lectures.

After posing his question, his eyes scanned the students in the room.

Yvonne was in the last row. Compared to the other police cadets, she looked petite, and because she was trying to avoid recognition, she was wearing a mask. All of this made her stand out, and Winston spotted her immediately from the stage.

“The young woman in the mask, you answer this question,” Winston said, pointing at her.

Probably out of habit, Yvonne subconsciously stood up as soon as the teacher called her name, her posture perfectly straight.

Letitia was startled and was about to stand up to explain to Mr. Shah, but Yvonne had already started answering Winston's question.

Yvonne’s answer was serious, meticulous, and well-organized.

But she had been away from her studies for too long, and there were a few small errors. Winston pointed them out before waving for her to sit down.

As Yvonne sat back down, she noticed Letitia staring at her.

“What is it?” Yvonne asked, confused.

Letitia snorted. “This actress knows quite a bit! I bet you studied all this just to imitate my sister, Yvonne, and get closer to Mr. Bennett Thompson.”

Yvonne couldn't help but chuckle. She didn’t bother to explain, just smiled and said, “You have a very active imagination.”
