Spoiled By My Nine Beast Husbands (Emma Tibarn) novel Chapter 479

**Chapter 479: Let’s Not Keep the Baby**

Calum stood there, his fists clenched, as he processed the shocking revelation. “Calum, are you done fighting Lucien? If not, punch him again. How dare he get Emma pregnant!” Marcus’s voice echoed in his mind, filled with anger and frustration. The very thought of a baby sent a jolt of disbelief through him.

A baby?

Calum’s gaze fixed on Lucien, who mirrored his shock. The only sound that penetrated the thick air was Marcus’s furious voice, reverberating through the lightcore. “Why don’t you just die, Lucien? You impregnated Emma! She’s been throwing up non-stop, and it’s making her miserable. Are you happy now?” The weight of Marcus’s words hung heavily between them, a storm brewing in the room.

Meanwhile, at the hotel, Marcus turned away from the screen after sending his heated messages to Calum and Lucien. His heart raced as he caught sight of Emma, leaning weakly against the bed. Her face was pale, a ghost of its usual vibrancy. He felt a pang of guilt twist in his stomach as he approached her, kneeling beside the bed with a heavy heart.

“I’m sorry, Emma…” His voice trembled, laden with remorse. “It’s all my fault. I shouldn’t have let my jealousy get the better of me. If it wasn’t for my foolishness, you wouldn’t be suffering like this.”

After Alaric’s treatment, Emma had begun to feel better, but the nausea still clung to her like a shadow. Hearing Marcus’s self-reproach, she reached out, pulling him up gently.

“What are you talking about? This has nothing to do with you. Alaric has already checked on me. This is just a symptom of pregnancy, something every woman goes through.”

Her grip on Marcus’s hand was firm, her eyes locking onto his with a seriousness that cut through his guilt.

“You don’t need to blame yourself. I know you weren’t truly angry with me.”

Marcus had only wanted to add a bit of excitement to their lives, and deep down, he would never truly harbor anger towards her. Emma could see that clearly. Yet, the shadow of guilt still loomed large over him.

“I promise, I won’t do it again, Emma.”

Just then, the door swung open abruptly, and Lucien rushed in, his expression frantic.

“Emma!”

The sight of her frail form sitting on the bed struck him like a physical blow. It felt as if an invisible hand had clenched around his heart, squeezing tightly, making it hard to breathe.

In a few swift strides, he was at her side, dropping to his knees beside her with a thud that echoed in the silence.

“Emma, I’m so sorry…” His voice quivered with deep remorse, eyes filled with regret. “This is all my fault. I forgot that you sacrificed so much for me. I forgot about my own rebirth. I even took you away from everything and ended up getting you pregnant. Please, punish me however you wish.”

The weight of his actions crashed down on him like a tidal wave. The thought of causing her pain made him wish he could erase the last few days from existence.

Emma looked at him, surprise flickering in her eyes. “You remember everything now?”
