Strongest Hammer God novel Chapter 1007

After investigating his new and strange existence, Kyle's perception returned to the real world. Sebastian and Star Genesis were already looking at him with hope, worry, and uncertainty.

"I'm fine," Kyle said as he stood up.

When the other two heard that, they sighed in relief. "Okay, what the fuck happened?" Sebastian asked. "Nothing went as expected, and I can't make sense of any of this. How is the Demon Car still a beast? Why didn't it turn into an Elemental? Does it have a Spirit? Did everything work out?"

Kyle sighed, the potential danger of his new existence still weighing on his mind. "Everything went well. In fact, it went so well that there is a new problem."

Kyle recounted everything that had happened, and the more he talked, the more shocked the other two became.

"Okay, so," Sebastian said, "the Demon Car counts as an Elemental and a human, but it has the shape of a beast, correct?"

Kyle nodded.

"The Demon Car is technically an Elemental, but since it's made of all the Elements, its Elements mimic an actual body."

Kyle nodded.

"You have full control of the Demon Car. It does not have a mind. It uses your mind to function, which means it is now technically part of your body."

Kyle nodded.

"At the same time, you have received Affinities for all eight Elements."

Kyle nodded.

"On top of that, and maybe I got this wrong, you also count as an Elemental, right?"

"Yes," Kyle confirmed. "Neutral Energy includes all of the Elemental Energies. Humans use it to function. In a way, you can view it as a triglyceride. It's a massive molecule with a lot of hydrogen, oxygen, and carbon atoms, which humans can use as fuel. Metaphorically speaking, Elementals only use carbon, oxygen, or hydrogen. In this scenario, I can choose to use either the fat or some of its components as fuel."

The other two looked with shock at Kyle.

"Triglyceride?" Star Genesis asked. She had never heard that word before.

"It's from Earth," Sebastian said as he looked at Kyle with raised brows, "but I'm surprised that Kyle knows about something so specific."

"Sorry," Kyle said with furrowed brows. "The word just came to mind when I tried to make a comparison. I guess some of the memories of this strange consciousness still remain in the back of my mind. Anyway, the point is that I can use Elemental Energies as fuel as well, like an Elemental."

"Wasn't that the advancement bonus for Primals?" Star Genesis asked.

"Yes, but it never really improved, making it mostly obsolete," Kyle said, remembering the times he had consumed metals in the Tertiary World with his Predator's Being. "I guess that ability is back. It only works on willless Elemental Energies, though."

"This is crazy!" Sebastian shouted. "How did your potential improve by this much?! You've gained like fifteen advantages without gaining a disadvantage!"

"But I did," Kyle answered.

"The God? Pfft, who cares?" Sebastian asked with a snort. "If that guy returns, the entire Cosmos will be thrown into chaos anyway. That guy can probably read all the records of the different Organizations anyway. Based on what I've heard about him, he would have killed you anyway since you've been a member of the Cult before. You're already a wanted criminal. Might as well commit more crime."

Star Genesis furrowed her brows. Kyle had dedicated a lot to Ayuvar and the greater cause. Comparing him to a criminal felt a bit unfair, even though he had once been a member of the Cult.

But then, she remembered that Kyle had essentially sold an entire Tertiary World to the Cult. Millions upon millions of innocent people had died in response.

"Do you think I can survive the process?" Star Genesis asked Kyle.

Kyle furrowed his brows.

Star Genesis was the only person in their group who hadn't become a Legendary Sage. Fusing with the Elemental had probably been the most painful thing Kyle had ever experienced. On top of that, it had been extremely risky. If the white chains hadn't been destroyed at just the right moment, his Spirit and mind would have disconnected.

"Not right now," Kyle said. "We need to lower the pain first. Additionally, fusing with an Elemental inside the Domain Realm is very dangerous since we can interact with our Spirits now. If we can fix both things, I believe you would succeed, but right now, no."

Star Genesis took a deep breath. She knew that Kyle was right, but his words also hurt her a bit.

"You're right," Star Genesis said before turning to Sebastian. "Then, we proceed as planned."

"This is going to be weird," Sebastian said with some discomfort. "Manny came up with a bunch of methods, right? Yet, no matter which method we choose, it's still going to be fucking awkward and weird."

"Due to how things have developed, some of the methods no longer work, but we still have one," Kyle said. "It's the one with the false children."

Sebastian looked at Kyle with a grimace.

"You know, I'm fine with doing a bunch of fucked up stuff, but somehow..."

"This just feels wrong."
