Kyle took to the sky.
Very slowly.
Well, slowly for him.
He activated his Meteor Ether and rose to the sky, but he took over a second to accelerate to speeds of one kilometer per second.
'Why is this so hard?!' he thought. 'The Ether is just so fucking dense and refuses to move!'
'Ah, it's because there's no fitting Ether around. All the Ether around me is just Neutral Ether.'
'In the last world, there was Wind Ether everywhere, and I could use my Law of Wind to manipulate the Wind Ether to push me forward.'
'Here, I have to create my own Wind Ether and use it to speed up. It's been over 150 years since I've left Earth, but it's still fucking crazy that inertia is kind of reversed here.'
'Shit just loves to be stationary, I guess.'
After another second, Kyle reached speeds of ten kilometers per second, but that was when he noticed something.
'Brah, I'm using more Ether than I'm regenerating,' he thought. 'Well, at least everyone else should have the same problems.'
Kyle looked down at the vanishing base, and as he kept rising, he saw more and more of the planet.
The planet was mostly made of unfamiliar black rocks.
After Kyle reached a height of 100 kilometers, he still felt like he had barely left the ground.
The planet was just absolutely massive.
'This planet has to be the size of Jupiter or something. This shit is just far too big.'
'So, this is the Supreme World. I mean, it's obviously not that planet but this entire universe. At least, I think this is a universe.'
After rising for over two minutes, Kyle felt his speed increasing a bit on its own.
'Oh… yeah… I'm dumb,' Kyle thought. 'It's fucking gravity! Gravity is the reason why I'm so fucking slow! How did I forget about that?'
'I mean, gravity in the Tertiary World was basically just a suggestion. Most likely, this planet's gravity is over a hundred times higher. I just didn't notice it due to my powerful body.'
'Someone in the Third Realm probably wouldn't even be able to jump very high, while someone in the Second Realm might not be able to move at all.'
As Kyle moved further and further away from the planet, his speed increased.
It slowly climbed to the speed he had been able to achieve in the Tertiary World.
When Kyle reached that speed, he decided to stop and closed his eyes.
Transcendents had terrifying perceptive abilities, and Kyle could sense his body accelerating on its own.
It very slowly moved closer to the planet. 'Still some gravity,' he thought as he looked at his target world.
His target world looked orange and sandy, and it seemed quite a bit smaller than the one that had the base on it.
As Kyle looked at it from closer, he noticed a tiny blue dot that was emitting blue light.
'That's probably the Yin-Fire.'
For a moment, Kyle just looked around.
He was surrounded by nothingness.
'I'm in space,' he thought. 'The Tertiary World just had a painted ceiling, but the Supreme World seems to be just a universe.'
'It seems a bit different, though. There are more planets, and they are not that far away from each other.'
'You know, I actually like it here. It feels a bit exciting to look at a distant planet and just go there.'
Kyle looked at his target world. 'Although it might take a while.'
The next moment, he accelerated again.
'I do not understand how this works!'
Kyle knew the Law of Wind, which meant that he knew how wind worked.
And yet, he couldn't understand how the wind around him worked.
'Yet, I can still use the power of my Law of Wind on the Wind Ether in my surroundings. That means this is just normal Wind Ether. '
That was when Kyle realized something.
'Levels!'
He remembered the time he had comprehended the Fragment of Wind Movement. Back then, he had split the Fragment into different levels of speed.
At each level, the Wind Ether moved differently.
'I get it!' Kyle thought.
'This is like Rank S Metal Materials! Tertiary Worlds don't have those occurring naturally, but with much more Ether in the surroundings, they are probably quite common on several planets!'
'Meanwhile, the Wind Ether in Tertiary Worlds can only support the Fragment of Wind Movement to a certain degree. The Wind Ether in Tertiary Worlds is not dense enough to support the higher levels!'
'It's like fuel! You can shove as much wood into a racecar as you want, but the speed of the racecar will not be very impressive. It needs proper fuel!'
'The Law of Wind is not the entire Law of Wind. It's basically just a checkpoint. It's the basics.'
'I can push it much higher!'
Kyle grew excited.
Even if he couldn't comprehend the Yin-Fire on this planet, he could learn more about wind!
