"A Lower Secondary Organization has leaders in the Primal or Compression Realms, while a Higher Secondary Organization has leaders in the Compression or Wisdom Fire Realms. These Realms exist in Secondary Worlds, but one of them is considered weaker, while the other one is considered stronger."
