Riley cleared her throat and patted TartKing’s shoulder with a serious expression.

“We have decided to put you in charge of guild management. From now on, all questions, task requests, and random chatter go to

you.”

“Huh?” TartKing froze. “But I don’t know how to manage people…”

“You don’t need experience. You just need to talk to them.” PineappleBeer teased beside her. “You love being around crowds, right? These people are perfect entertainment for you. Besides, you’re our logistics manager. This trivial stuff belongs to you anyway.”

“I…” TartKing hesitated. But under Riley’s trusting gaze, she finally nodded.

“Fine… I’ll give it a shot. But if something big pops up that I can’t handle, I’m coming straight to you two.”

“Deal.” Riley let out a quiet sigh of relief.

Her tone turned sharp and serious after a short pause.

“We’ve screened everyone currently in the guild, but a big group always has mixed personalities. Keep an eye out for talented people, especially those with management potential. Most importantly, watch for good character.

“If you ever feel overwhelmed, we’ll recruit extra staff. PineappleBeer and I are definitely not cut out for this job.”
