Anya nodded, a look of pure pride on her face. "Of course I won. Since she loved calling me 'the boss's wife,' I played the part. I told her to quit and come interview at Leo's company. I said since she was so fond of my title, I'd do her a favor and make my boyfriend give her a job through the backdoor.

"Janice looked completely furious when I said that, and Patty never called me that again."

Molly turned to Mia. "Does this mean my teachings have paid off?"

Mia glared at her son. Henry stared right back. Neither said a word.
