Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance novel Chapter 1878

"Got it, Honey. Why are you nagging more than Mom?"

Mia grabbed her husband's hand, which was pressing the elevator button, pushed it aside, and closed the elevator doors herself. "Bye, Honey! I love you!"

Mrs. Cedillo had annoyed her husband, only to instantly win him over with her final declaration.

Her loud confession echoed loudly enough for all the subordinates in the workspace to hear.

Andre let out a low, affectionate chuckle and turned back to his office.

Seeing this, Noah asked, "What did the missus do to butter up the boss again?"

Andre smiled and remarked, "Her? All of her little clever tricks were inherited by Henry."

During lunch, Andre still made time to watch the video the teacher had sent to his phone.

Henry was holding a piece of corn in his little hands, gnawing away, leaving small kernels stuck to both cheeks.

After finishing, he held up his bowl and drank the soup himself.

The little boy sitting across from him clearly wasn't used to kelp soup. Henry had already finished his and was using his small spoon to scoop up the last few drops he couldn't drink directly...

Watching his precious son eat, Andre's eyes unconsciously filled with a warm smile.

Mia had arrived at the meeting spot with Anya, accompanied by Denny.

Anya had expected her to bring a formidable female lawyer, not a young male student.

Mia explained, "Katie is handling a huge case involving an appeal right now, and she's busy with her thesis. Denny is excellent too; he's easily on par with Katie."

Even though he hadn't graduated yet.

Mia blinked. Right, her husband was completely innocent. She had practically saved the universe in her past life to get a husband like him in this one. Why would she hit him?

Her gaze shifted to Janice sitting across from her. "Can you take your husband in a fight? For this kind of case, if things get physical, I can lend a hand."

Janice shook her head. "I've never tried."

Denny hurriedly steered the topic back on track. "If you can't beat him, don't try. Otherwise, you'll end up with another lawsuit on your hands. This woman already knows the law, and she knows some martial arts."

Denny then analyzed Janice's situation. The rest of her assets were now frozen.

Denny explained, "If one spouse intentionally hides, transfers, sells, or damages joint property, or fabricates joint debts in an attempt to appropriate the other's assets, they may be given a smaller share or no share at all during the divorce settlement."

Curious, Anya asked, "Denny, you mentioned fabricating. What if he actually took out real loans? How do they determine that?"
