The Apocalyptic Queen's Werewolf Journey (Thora and Darius) novel Chapter 310

Chapter 310 Number 235

“They’re capable of getting out,” Thora said flatly. Then she paused, her voice turning cold. “If they can’t… they deserve to be eliminated.”

Shirley shrugged. “Alright.”

This, too, was a trial-not just an exam set by Blue Star Military Academy, but a test for the Wolffang members themselves.

Tristan had no objections. Whatever Thora decided, he never questioned it.

Ryan, however, hesitated. “Aren’t you worried they might actually die?”

Thora’s steps slowed slightly. Without turning back, she said, “Only those who aren’t afraid of death deserve

to live.”

The words hit Ryan hard. His body stiffened, and something in his eyes shifted.

Thora added, each word firm and unyielding, “If they die, I’ll avenge them. If they live, I’ll fight alongside them.”

Each word struck deep, sending a tremor through Ryan’s heart.

Tristan chuckled quietly, then stepped forward to walk beside Thora.

Ryan’s expression turned solemn. He stared at her for a long moment, starlight flickering in his eyes, then lifted his foot and followed after them.

The route they were taking now was exactly the path in Thora’s mental map leading off the island.

By her estimates, factoring in their pace and the terrain ahead, it would take at least six hours on foot.

That was assuming everything went smoothly. And they all knew it wouldn’t.

There would be obstacles. There would be danger.

Their goal was simple-before dawn, leave the island and reach the destination marked on the map.

At the same time-

Along the outer coastline of the island, a massive warship sat anchored near the shore.

The white warship was impossible to miss. Even from a distance, it radiated an overwhelming sense of scale and authority.

On deck, several figures in blue military uniforms stood at their posts, backs straight, unmoving-solemn as steel pylons.

Inside the control room, a technician suddenly frowned at the monitoring screens.

His hands flew across the keyboard.

“What is it?” Sergio looked up from the display.

Valen, who had been observing the candidates’ progress nearby, turned his head as well.

“Sirs, the surveillance system seems to have been breached,” the technician said, his tone uncertain.

The fact that he even said that seemed to mean one thing-the system had definitely been compromised.

Every technician at Blue Star Military Academy ranked among the best in the world.

Yet whoever did this had slipped past them so cleanly that the intrusion was only being noticed now-and even then, not with full certainty.

That alone spoke volumes about the intruder’s skill.

The examiners exchanged looks, shock clear in their eyes.

At that moment, Roman-the chief examiner for the first round-suddenly spoke up. “I remember now. Number 235 was carrying a computer.”

Valen’s hawk-like gaze sharpened instantly. “Pull up Number 235’s feed. Now.”

“Yes, sir!”

When the latest footage of Number 235 was brought up and enlarged, the location made everyone’s scalp prickle. He was positioned not far ahead of the warship.
