Joanna had expected this.

She calmly produced an audio recording.

She played her conversation with Willow.

“I only want the land rights back. I don’t want anything on top of it, including the trees. You can even take the soil.

“The residents can relocate freely. The shops can all move out. You can even shut down the teleportation circle and remove the materials.”

“If I remove all buildings, materials, and even the soil, can you accept that?”

“Of course. Move it however you want.”

Every word was verbatim.

Willow’s face went dark red, like he had just been slapped a million times.

The judicator said, “Isn’t this exactly what you agreed to? Why are you still suing Joanna?”

Willow snapped, “That’s what I said, but nobody relocates that thoroughly. Anyone would leave something behind. Who could’ve expected she’d take literally everything? I paid 1,500 trillion. That price was already far above market value. She left me nothing, so the price isn’t fair. I’m requesting a reassessment.”

The judicator clearly had plenty of experience and summed it up in a few sentences.

Willow refused to let the case end like this.

“What about my reassessment request?”

The judicator replied, “Plaintiff, think carefully. You spent 1,500 trillion star coins to purchase the defendant’s land rights and value rights.

“You were the one who requested she move it all. The fact that everything was moved does not mean she didn’t suffer any loss.

“Loss assessments require data.

“Economy, finances, population decline, and so on.

“If the calculation is completed, the losses might exceed 1,500 trillion. If that happens, the defendant could become the plaintiff and countersue you. Do you still want to proceed with calculation?”

Willow shot back, “Of course I want it calculated. I don’t believe it. She moved the entire city and lost nothing. I’m the one who suffered losses.”
