The Billionaire's Heir I Never Knew Was Mine novel Chapter 230

Chapter 230: Honeymoon (3)

Zachary quietly smiled to himself.

For two weeks, he had patiently waited.

He loved taking things at Sienna’s pace, but that didn’t change the fact that he was a healthy grown man deeply in love with his wife. Every day, he found her more beautiful than the last, and every moment they spent together only made him want to be closer to her.

Tonight, for the first time, there would be no work, no unexpected interruptions, and no one knocking on the bedroom door.

It was just the two of them.

Sienna gently lifted her head to glance at him. "Oh come on, how could I possibly fall asleep—"

Before she could finish her sentence, Zachary leaned down and gently captured her lips with his.

The kiss was brief, soft, and affectionate, carrying more tenderness than urgency.

When he finally pulled back, he smiled with obvious satisfaction.

"It already happened once," he reminded her with quiet amusement. "I’m not letting it happen again tonight."

His eyes met hers as he added with a playful grin, "I’m definitely not going to let you sleep through our honeymoon."

Sienna couldn’t stop herself from laughing.

"You’re shameless."

"I’ve accepted that."

She shook her head, still smiling. "I can see that."

Still carrying her, Zachary walked through the living room area toward the master bedroom.

With every step, Sienna’s excitement grew stronger. She felt nervous, happy, and shy all at once. The emotions mixed together until she wasn’t sure which one she was feeling the most.

The bedroom welcomed them with warm lighting and a peaceful atmosphere.

Sienna barely had time to look around before Zachary carefully lowered her onto the large bed.

The mattress was so soft that she instinctively relaxed as soon as she settled against it.

Looking up at him, she tried to ignore the butterflies dancing inside her stomach.

"Shouldn’t we take a shower first?" she asked softly, hoping to sound calmer than she actually felt.

Instead of answering her, Zachary simply smiled and began unbuttoning his shirt one button at a time. Every movement was slow and deliberate, as though he was intentionally drawing out the moment just to make her even more flustered.

His gaze never left hers. By the time his fingers reached the last button, a knowing smile curved across his lips. He slipped the shirt off his shoulders and casually tossed it onto the floor.
