"You're not going to tell me this person is one of my crazed fans, are you?"
"Based on the photos, it's very likely."
"Do you want to catch them?"
Nora felt Nathan's question was redundant.
"Of course I do."
No one would want to live under someone else's surveillance.
Especially when that person could take pictures of her while she slept.
Just the thought of it was enough to make her skin crawl.
Nora felt that now, whenever she closed her eyes, she would imagine someone lurking in the dark, watching her.
The feeling was absolutely dreadful.
"I have a plan."
Nora looked at him. "What is it?"
"You move in with me."
Nora was stunned.
"Huh?"
Nathan said matter-of-factly, "You move into my place."
Nora was silent for a moment before tentatively asking, "And then you move in here?"
Nathan frowned at her. "I'm not moving."
So that meant she would be moving in with Nathan?
How could that possibly work?
When had their relationship become that close?
"No."
Nora's refusal was as swift as it was decisive.
She hadn't even lived with Aaron after seven years together. Now she was supposed to inexplicably move in with Nathan? Besides, she was about to get married. If word got out, what would people think of her?
"If you move, we'll have a new reference point."
Nathan explained, "The fact that he sent you photos means he's not content to just hide in the shadows. He wants you to know he's there."
