The Disguised Billionaire She Rejected novel Chapter 67

Chapter 67

Marcus gracefully entered the hall. The party was already in full swing, with the elite guests engaged in lively conversations.

Meanwhile, Julia stood in one corner with her mother. Her mother was frantically scanning the room for a suitable man she could introduce her to. Finally, she spotted one.

She pushed Julia toward the man and immediately called out, “Mr. Frederick. Nice to meet you.”

Frederick was a well-known boxer, currently ranked number one in the city. Everyone knew and respected him. Thanks to his successful boxing career, he had amassed a fortune that even many businessmen envied.

Rumors suggested he was involved in illegal underground boxing matches-brutal “win or die” fights in which he always emerged victorious. This had only added to his wealth. He had recently purchased a private island.

Ms. Leah (who could also be called Ms. Lena) had already done her research and knew he was single.

Frederick, a huge man with broad shoulders, a muscular build, and short curly hair, frowned. “Mmm. How

can I help you?”

Ms. Leah smiled. “Sorry for disturbing you. My daughter would like to talk to you.”

She stepped aside to give him a better view of Julia. Julia immediately shook her head. “No, sorry for the interruption. My mom is acting out of line. I don’t want to have any conversation with you. We’re sorry.”

Ms. Leah was visibly fuming, but Frederick smirked. “Wow. You are beautiful.”

Julia had the kind of face and features that made people fall in love at first sight.

Ms. Leah smiled brightly. “Really? Then I’ll leave the two of you to talk.” She immediately walked away.

Julia shouted after her, “Mom…!” But she had already disappeared into the crowd. Julia turned back to Frederick and nodded again. “I am so sorry for disturbing you.”

She turned to leave, but Frederick swiftly stepped in front of her with a smug smile on his face.

Julia stared at him, stunned, as Frederick leaned in closer with a predatory glint in his eyes. “You are beautiful and sexy,” he said bluntly. “I want us to fuck. In fact, I want you around as my woman for some time-maybe two months or so.”

Julia was shocked by the straight, disrespectful statement. Her cheeks burned with embarrassment and anger. “No, I’m not interested.”

“Come on. Why are you playing hard to get?” Frederick replied with a smug chuckle. “You’re already here. I know what you and your mom are playing at. You wanted to associate with me-the current most popular man in the city. Well, like I said, I’ll be with you for maybe two months. Your beauty is worth keeping around.”

Julia sighed deeply and muttered to herself, “Mom caused this.” Then she looked him straight in the eyes. “Look, this is some kind of misunderstanding. I am not interested in you.”

She turned to leave, but Frederick blocked her path again. “Okay, let’s make it like this: $100,000 per day for every day you’re with me. A month-that’s $3 million. I usually pay $20,000 max for other ladies, but since you’re this pretty, you’re worth it.”

Julia felt deeply disrespected and humiliated. “I am not some kind of prostitute or whore!” she snapped, her voice rising. “And I hate you talking to me that way. I don’t want your money, and I’m not selling myself to you! So just leave me alone and let me go.”

Frederick was visibly shocked. He had never been rejected before. He always got his way with women and typically didn’t fancy real relationships. He simply kept them around as trophies. With Julia’s rare beauty, he wanted to add her to his collection, but her stubborn resistance only made him more

determined.

“Name your price,” he demanded, unfazed.

“Hey, you are harassing me!” Julia shot back. “I will shout for everyone and expose what you’re trying to do here.”

Frederick scoffed loudly. “Go ahead. Who cares? You’ll be surprised how many ladies will jump at that offer. Moreover, you’re the one who came to me first.”

“Worry about that all you want, but no! I don’t want anything to do with you. Leave me alone!” Julia

insisted.

She turned to leave once more, but Frederick grabbed her wrist with his powerful hand. The grip, strengthened by years of brutal boxing, sent sharp pain shooting up her arm.

“Let me go!” Julia shouted desperately. “Somebody help! This man is attacking me!”

People nearby began turning toward the commotion. “What’s happening there?”

“What’s wrong?”

“That’s Frederick, the terrifying boxer.”

“Ohh, he’s so handsome. Why is the lady trying to get away from him?” Another woman added, “If it were me, I would be on his chest.”

While Frederick laughed at the crowd’s reaction, clearly enjoying the attention, a firm, authoritative voice cut through the murmurs.

“You heard her right. Let her go right now.”

They all turned toward the voice. Julia also turned, relief washing over her face as she muttered, ” Marcus?”

Everyone’s eyes turned to the newly arrived man as he walked confidently closer to Frederick. “Let her go
