Chapter 398 A Lesson in Restraint
A man as calm and composed as Ethan actually got into a fight?
Ethan, why did you-

Mason let out a dry chuckle. “When I dropped you off last night. Ethan was there too. He saw those staying at your place”
That explained everything
Ava frowned deeply as she looked at the men in front of her.
“You’re all well past the age of acting hotheaded. What couldn’t be talked out? Why did it have to turn this?

Her expression turned cold. “I don’t like solving problems with violence. This is the last time.

She went to grab the medical kit.
By the time she returned, Keith had already taken off half his shirt, exposing his shoulder and back. A layer of frost covered the wound.
When it faded, it revealed a chunk of flesh that had been torn clean away.
Ava’s hands trembled as she held the kit. “And you’re calling this a spar?
No one answered. They all looked away-at the ceiling, the floor, the couch.
Even though she was furious, she held it in and carefully applied disinfectant around the wound.
The moment the liquid touched, Keith winced. “Easy, easy. That hurts.”
“Oh, it hurts? Good.” Ava’s face stayed cold as she pressed a little harder. ‘It’s supposed to hurt.”
She knew she was taking her anger out on him, so she took a few deep breaths to steady herself.
After disinfecting, she spread her palm over the wound. A soft green glow enveloped the area, and new flesh quickly grew back. In moments, the injury looked as if it had never been there.
She ignored the bruises, tossed him a bottle of liniment, and said. “Handle the rest yourself. Next.”
Mason stepped forward. The skin on his right shoulder was charred black over a large area-it looked pretty bad. She pressed it lightly, and the skin tightened under her fingers.
Green light wrapped around the burned area. Inch by inch, the skin came back to life, until it looked completely restored.
As he pulled his clothes back on, Mason grinned. “Ava, you sound mad, but you still care about me.” “Care about you? Please. I’m just worried you’ll die and drag me down with you. Ethan, come here.”
Ethan sat down,
Ava looked at him. “Take it off.”
He didn’t move.
She shot him a look. “Now.”
