Chapter 277 Burning Desire
His gaze burned intensely into her.
Stella knew that look all too well.
“Hm?”
Finished.
His lips were just millimeters from hers. She could feel his hot breath, and his voice was low and tender, making her heart race.
She opened her mouth to speak, but their lips met at once. The fire ignited instantly.
Elias held the back of her head and kissed her deeply.
“Elias… I haven’t brushed my teeth.”
“I don’t care,” he said.
She pushed him lightly. “It’s not proper.”
With a soft sound, he kissed her somewhere else.
Finally, he lifted her in his arms and carried her to the bathroom. They brushed their teeth together.
She watched him brush faster than usual, and her heart beat wildly in response.
After a long while, Stella climbed back into bed and buried her face under the covers.
“I’m ready.”
She heard rustling beside her, and something fell softly to the floor.
The covers were pulled away. Stella looked up and swallowed hard.
The man had an incredible body–broad shoulders, a narrow waist, and a defined six–pack.
It had always been good, but now it was even better. Has he been working out secretly?
“I’m starting now,” he said.
Stella froze. She didn’t know how to reply.
Elias lifted her chin and kissed her breathless.
The heat between them exploded.
In Azure Peak City, Amelia wore a white tailored suit and held documents, looking sharp and decisive. Six bodyguards followed her, along with store managers reporting updates.

“Ms. Cross, this is the baby brand you requested.”
Amelia glanced at it. “Let’s take a look.”
Finished
Elias and Stella were married now. They might have children soon. She wanted everything prepared in advance–the very best for the baby.
“All baby products must meet the highest standards.”
“Understood.”
After walking through the area, she saw Jaron. She ignored him and tried to leave.
“Amelia. Fancy meeting you here.”
“Yes,‘ she stopped and replied calmly.
“Care for coffee later?”
Amelia smiled politely. “Not really.”
“It’s about Jax.”
“Not an excuse to get back together?”
Jaron smiled bitterly. “No. I don’t want to upset you.”
“I’ll be free in about three hours. Wait if you want.”
“I’ll be at Pacific Coffee downstairs.”
Jaron watched her leave, his chest aching. He had truly lost her.
Three hours turned into four as she got caught up in work. Jaron waited the entire time.
“Amelia, over here.” He waved, no impatience at all–only joy at seeing her.
“I ordered your black coffee.”
Amelia smiled. “Nice, you still remember.”
“How have you been?”
“Perfectly well.”
She noticed he looked worn, but she didn’t care for her ex–husband’s troubles.
“Elias got married. This is my wedding gift. Please pass it to him.”
Amelia looked. It was a luxury villa estate. He was being generous.
“I don’t recall the Cross family inviting you.”

Chapter 277 Burning Desire
“Jasper invited me. I was busy that day, so I couldn’t attend.”
He hadn’t been busy–he’d just feared ruining their special day.
Amelia raised an eyebrow. “Why not give it to Jasper yourself?”
Because he’d wanted to see her.
