Charlie went straight to the point, “Chief Lammy, is my grandfather and his family at Willow Manor right now?”

“Yes, they are.” Merlin curiously asked, “What's the matter, Mr. Wade? Is there something wrong?”

Charlie affirmed with a serious tone, “Someone might pose a threat to my grandparents and the rest of his family tonight.”

Merlin was shocked and instinctively asked, “Is this for real?”

Charlie replied, “Yes, it’s true. The person coming may be a supreme expert from the Qing Eliminating Society with abilities far beyond those you've encountered among the members of that society before.”

Merlin was horrified and asked urgently, “Mr. Wade, what should I do now? Should I organize their escape immediately?”

Charlie said, “It’s too late. Your every move seems to be under the surveillance of the Qing Eliminating Society. Even if you flee hastily, your whereabouts will still be exposed. In this case, it'd be better to stay at Willow Manor and maintain the status quo.”

Merlin finally breathed a sigh of relief, saying, “I feel reassured with you here, Mr. Wade!”

Charlie said, “If things escalate, I will come to support you in the shortest time possible. However, if he intends to harm you or my grandparents and I can't arrive immediately, don't act impulsively. Just say one sentence to him. If you say this sentence, it will definitely make him wary and buy you more time.”

Merlin hurriedly asked, “Mr. Wade, what should I say to him?”
