Charlotte was at the Gates family estate. She was currently parked at the dining table, glaring at a bowl of fish soup and throwing a full-blown tantrum.
"I know you're sick of it, honey," Nora coaxed, sitting beside her with a sympathetic smile. "But I checked with G5. This broth is exactly what your body needs right now.
Just a few sips, okay?"
Pouting miserably, her foul mood was written all over her face. "I don't care how good it is. I can't eat fish soup three times a day."
Who could survive this?
They were feeding her like a stray cat!
"Well..." Nora opened her mouth, but found she couldn't argue.
It had been an entire week of this strict diet.
Still, it was for her own good.
Carrying twins was taking a massive toll on her system.
If they weren't careful now, there would be hell to pay later.
"I'm not drinking it."
Pushing the bowl away, she threw her hands up in utter defeat. "Give it to someone else."
She knew her own body better than anyone; she was perfectly fine.
"Sweetheart..."
Nora sighed, preparing another round of maternal persuasion.
But she was interrupted by the low rumble of a sports car cutting its engine in the driveway.
"Welcome home, sir."
The butler greeted respectfully at the door.
"Thanks."
Anthony swapped his dress shoes for slippers, scrubbed up thoroughly to ensure he wasn't tracking in any germs, and finally strolled into the dining room.

História tem drama romance e comédia lottie mocinha forte que não leva desaforos Antony completamente apaixonado por ela.
