Chapter 6

I jumped up, and said, “What is going on, CR?”

~”Someone is trying to hack through the firewall you installed on my laptop,” he said, breathlessly

“The fuck they are,”+said, hudding for hirm to show me the way.

I ran with him to his laptop, which he had set up in the hall we use for church. I could hear a mass of heavy boots hitting the ground behind us. Everyone was following us. “What were you doing before the warning

went off?”

“I was searching for more information on Vargas,” he replied.

I jumped straight into his chair. The warning system for the search engine software installed would go off like this for one of two reasons. The device itself is being hacked into, or information regarding me on various systems are being hacked into. After the court case pertaining to my legal guardian, I added this to the search system. It is updated on CB’s laptop automatically.

I scanned the screen for information regarding why the alarm was going off. When I found it, I cursed,

“My queen, what is it?”

“Daniel, run to your room, and grab my laptop, as fast as you can,” I said.

He didn’t ask questions, he just ran off towards his room. CB asked, “What is it that you

saw?”

“This warning will go off for one of two reasons. The first, the firewall is being targeted because someone was monitoring what you were searching for, and…”

“They try to back hack me. But what is the second reason?”

“Someone is trying to hack into information pertaining to me. After Gold got custody of me, during that week I was off of school, I decided that all information pertaining to me should be locked down. So, I firewalled it all. With what Harry said, about who he was going to force me to marry, I didn’t want to take any chances,” I responded, as I began typing away on his laptop.

I brought the firewall system up on his laptop. Showing just how far they had gotten through the firewall. wasn’t very far, maybe through the first layer. I began typing away as fast as I could, leaving just one butt to press to initiate the attack protocol, which would destroy the system of the person trying to hack in, b also rebuild the layers of firewall that they managed to get through. Daniel returned, placing my laptop bi in front of me, as I pushed the laptop back in front of CB. “Press enter, the moment I say to do it. It will send a virus and destroy their systems, forcing them out, while rebuilding the firewalls.”

CB nodded, “What are you going to do?”

“Use my laptop to trace the location of the hack, which is why I need them to still be attacking the firewa Just let me know how close they are getting to the last firewall. It will take a while for them to get throu them all, but I don’t know how well they have covered their tracks,” I replied, setting my laptop up.

I got to work, typing away on my laptop. They were bouncing their signal through six different countries,

if took the nearly twenty minutes to rrarrow it down to the States, and then to the very city they were in. A further ten minutes to narrow down the exact location. “CB, now.”

CB hit enter and the virus got sent and the firewalls rebuilt. It stopped. I helped CB do a full system scan, to ensure he was safe. I sent the location information to him, so he could look into it. I had training to get to. Mike was already on the phone to Prez filling him in on what had happened. Then the Portland, Oregon, chapter of the Phoenix Knights arrived, so we had to go and greet them.

Chapter 60

Daniel’s POV-

When CB ran in the way he did, asking for Olivia’s help, it surprised me. But then the person that was trying to hack into her information through the firewall he set up around it. The moment Olivia said, “The fuck they are,” I witnessed everyone rise to their feet, readying themselves to go to battle for her.

When she started running, everyone followed. Even the members of the Boston chapter and the members of Wolves, joined us. I could see how impressed some people were at watching her work. I didn’t like that she had so many eyes on her, but a part of me knew they were going to be watching her, so they could figure out whether she would fit in well with us. They were impressed. She has done nothing but impress everyone since she came here.

Olivia and CB worked well together to stop the hacker and trace them back to where they were. CB was going to find out everything he could about the location, so that Olivia could go to do some training. But before we could go get ready, we had the Portland chapter of the Phoenix Knights arrive. We had to greet them and get them settled before training.

Once they were settled, we made a move to my room to change into our workout clothing. The moment we were inside my room alone, I spun her around and slammed my lips into hers. She moaned, pushing her hands against my chest, breaking the kiss. “We can get carried away later. I promised my dad I wouldn’t miss training. After training, we can shower together.”

I groaned, all my blood rushing to my d**k, as the memories of her bent over in the shower this morning, with my d**k buried inside her and her round ass bouncing against my hips. I closed my eyes and buried my face in her neck. She giggled, “You are not the only one who can’t stop thinking about this morning or

last night.”

“You could tell?” I asked, not daring to move.

I felt her head nod, as she whispered, “Of course, I can. Now, come on, let’s get changed.”

Olivia stepped away from me and headed to get her gym clothing out of her bag. I headed off to my walk-in wardrobe to change. When we were ready, we headed hand in hand to the gym. I was in shorts & a sleeveless T-shirt, which was quite baggy on me. You could just about see the bite mark Olivia had lef on me last night.

“Mike finished his set and tapped me to go for mine. I took my T-shirt off and winked at Olivia, “Try not to

stare too much.”

Olivia smirked, crossing her arms across her chest, popping her hip. Sometimes I really loved her

sassiness. I started doing my set, listening out for anything Olivia said. “Blank, is this bolted to the ground? ” she asked, gesturing to the pull-up bar.

Blank nodded, “It has to be. Some of us, like Carnage, are tall and all muscle. Why do you ask? Afraid it will

break on you.”

I growled at him. What was he implying? Olivia though never missed a beat. “Did Gold not tell you that I used to do gymnastics?”

Blank shook his head, so she continued, “It has been a while, but I used to do a warm-up routine on these pull-up bars.”

“Then do it, show us what you got. The more I know what you are capable of, the better, because I will know how far I can push you in training,” Blank smiled at her.

I finished my set, and then it was Olivia’s turn. I went to stand with Mike, after pressing a kiss onto Olivia’s cheek. Mike smirked at me, his eyes fixed on my shoulder. “So, you got laid last night?”
