All the changes ongoing on the Road of Eternity did not enter Rowan’s eye; he was sure that Eos was taking note of everything that he was missing, as for him, he was awash in the wonders of becoming a Primordial.
The Obsidian Abyss was a force of growth, the lifeblood of Reality, and rivers of essence with consistency greater than any material known in an average Reality began to flow through the pathways crafted by the Azure Empyrean inside Rowan’s body.
This was the lifeblood of a Primordial of Space, an Origin power that he was sure was strictly held by Realities and was not a power that should be in the hands of any Primordial, but now Rowan was becoming that Primordial.
The vision that had once seized his mind when he planted the Azure Empyrean continued from where it had stopped, as his understanding of the Origin of Space deepened, revealing more of the past to him.
If he could at this point, Rowan would be sighing in relief, because something amazing happened during the time his consciousness was drawn to the beginning of everything... and he discovered that his main body could not see this memory. It was not until it was over that Rowan was able to send this memory to Eos.
They both knew that there would be consequences for severing their connection, but the flow of information that still existed between them could be considered to be perfect, and there was no loss, even though it was one-way, as Rowan could only transmit information to Eos, and Eos would only show him what he requested, and nothing more.
There should have been no reason Eos was not able to see the memories as soon as they were happening, and this could only mean that they had finally identified the blind spot of his main body.
The experiment was working as they had hoped. There was something about the ninth-dimensional level that prevented Eos’s sight from knowing of its existence, and it did not matter if he was robust enough to wield or channel ninth-dimensional energies; he was like a brute wielding a gun like a club.
It was highly possible that the first time he understood the Origin of Space, this vision had been there for his perusal, but he could not see it because he was not suited for this sort of sight.
Acknowledging this great weakness, Eos sent an order to Rowan to forget about delving deeper into the mysteries of his body and soul; he could remotely take over and follow up with every transformation happening inside them. What he would focus on was what Eos could not see.
Rowan’s consciousness returned to the beginning of everything. Although he was aware that there were multitudes of colors in the sky in such great varieties that even his expansive mind could not comprehend all of them, they had all faded to gray, and all he could see was the colors of space.
It had deepened, creating new shades that could not have emerged from the combination of just two colors, and Rowan knew he was sitting in the front-row seat, watching Space being born, and that this color was simply a small part of what was happening here.
This was the greatest weakness of the path of the Ancient Primordials, which Rowan had entirely eliminated with his new paths. There would never be any reason for a Primordial of the new path to fear stagnation because their Origin already had someone ahead with greater control over it. Everyone had taken the path that suited them the most, and only they would determine how far they would take their Origin.
Rowan briefly glanced at the entirety of the road and saw that nearly ninety percent of all souls had been banished from it, and the weakest immortal here was at the seventh dimensional level, and they had only lasted this long because the scarlet sun was fading.
The gap between the first layer of Origin and the second layer was a chasm, and even though the power he revealed to the Road of Eternity was barely a shadow of the Origin of Space, they had all been blown away, but they were lucky to come out of it with great benefits to their souls.
Rowan expected that the most talented of them here on the road would be able to manifest their souls to reach great heights similar to what he could achieve with his dimensional soul, essentially giving them another body. The advantage that this would give them was tremendous, from doubling their speed of cultivation and comprehension, to giving them the opportunity to walk another brand new path while still having the benefits from both paths.
Yet if they could still hold on, the benefits were not over, as Rowan reached deeper into himself and called upon the third layer of space, the Fractal Weave.
Rowan was unaware that a darkness was beginning to surround him, and it had been growing from the moment he began breaking into the Primordial Level, and in that darkness, there were eyes.
