Chapter 1997: The Growth of Space

The Primordial Record flashed repeatedly, and its black cover began to fade until it took the shine of a bright blue diamond. The Primordial Record had always taken the shape of a book, but that was its nascent form, and although many of its previous users had been able to evolve to a higher form due to its powers, none of its users had been able to affect this Singularity.

None of its users had been able to touch the core of this Singularity...

None of its users had been able to reach the fifth layer of Origin...

None of its users had been Rowan freaking Kuranes!

Surrounded by the millions of Origin Realms created by Rowan before his passing, the Primordial Record resembled a bright sun surrounded by tiny stars, and it released ripples of power that swept across Limbo instantaneously, disregarding the limits of time and space, and not even the Primordials were capable of this.

"Ah! Before his death, he activated the Primordial Record with his Primordial Essence." Elgorath screamed in joy, "The final locks have been opened, and now we can gain our prize, sister. Your plan worked."

Nyxara smiled, "The greatest problem we had was that the Primordial Record would only be opened if its owner did so without any form of coercion. With everything we have taken from him, Rowan would have never reached the Primordial level just to spite us, but if we can make this happen on his own terms, then we can return and claim what was always ours."

Xyris laughed and pointed toward Eos, who was still sealed inside the flesh of the Abomination, but now he had been surrounded by his New Primordials, who seemed to be trying to free him from his incarceration, "What about him? With the unlocked Primordial Record in hand, there is no reason to keep him alive. You have seen what his Incarnation is capable of; he would prove a much greater foe than Rowan ever could be."

"Yes, he shall not live past the hour," Nyxara agreed, "but first, seize the Primordial Record before the Abomination returns. Then we can slowly settle our grievances with all who had undermined our destiny for so long."

Nyxara spread her wings and was about to fly towards the gleaming Primordial Record when the general of Death swept his scythe in front of her, causing her to pause and reveal great anger in her eyes. She growled through gritted teeth,

"Little man, know your place; you are not the Beast. How dare you stand before my path?"

The general cocked its head to the side, the cracked mask it wore seemed to be smiling, "Just a gentle reminder, Nyxara, do not forget the nature of our agreement. You are close to getting everything you want, and so you should not forget the reason you are able to reach this point."

Nyxara sneered, "The death of our brother has not been forgotten. You have made your point quite clear, and our domain would not clash. You shall have End, and we shall have Origin. Stand aside, the Abomination quickly returns, and it grows ever stronger. Our only chance is to absorb the power of Origin and ascend to our full potential."

The general paused as if in contemplation, and then he took away his scythe, and his horse shifted to the side. Nyxara smirked and flew towards the Primordial Record, the only thing that was left in her sight.

Her siblings were also enraptured by this sight, the moment they had all been fighting for had arrived, and despite all the challenges they had faced up to this point, the madness placed inside their bodies by their father, the coperation with the Temple of End that brought great risk for the slmmest chance for victory, and the many variants abominations like Eos, Death and the rest they had to face while under the throes of madness, even the loss of their brother Asteroath, and yet they had survived everything and the result of theor victory was within their grasp.

Swallowing her retort, Nyxara gently reached for the Primordial Record, her hands bending and elongating like a tentacle so she could bypass any of the floating Origin Realms around the Primordial Record. 𝓯𝙧𝙚𝒆𝙬𝙚𝒃𝙣𝙤𝒗𝓮𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
