“This is impossible!” Tyler blurted out.

The doctor paused and pushed up his glasses. His face also showed a bit of surprise. “However, one pie of data is worth noting. Compared to last week’s physical exam, Ethan’s mental power damage has decreased by one percent.”
“Decreased by one percent?
“Mental power damage can actually decrease?
“Are you kidding me?”
This news was even more shocking than Ethan winning the match.
It was common knowledge that mental power damage was irreversible.
How could it get better?
The instructor was also stunned. He took the report and checked it carefully. After confirming it was correct, the look in his eyes as he watched Ethan was full of shock and suspicion.
Ethan himself was stunned.
Dropped by one percent?
Was it the five potatoes from lunch?
He remembered the cool, comfortable feeling when he ate the potatoes, and the smooth feeling he had while controlling the mecha this afternoon.
Everything lined up.
It was the potatoes his mom brought!
So, those ordinary–looking yet incredibly delicious potatoes actually had the miraculous effect of repairing mental power damage?
His heart pounded wildly as huge joy and disbelief filled his chest.
But he quickly forced himself to calm down.
He looked at the shocked, confused, and even greedy gazes around him.
Especially Tyler’s group, whose faces looked terrible. A feeling of triumph rose in his heart.
He didn’t say anything. He just stood there silently, letting everyone stare at him.
After the drama over the test ended, the training continued.
Perhaps due to stimulation, or perhaps the system arranged it on purpose, Ethan’s next opponent was

Casey Sutton, who ranked in the top ten of the class and also had an A–level mental power.
This time, no one dared to jump to conclusions.
Everyone held their breath and stared at the big screen.
The fight began!
Casey’s strength was far beyond Jason’s with fiercer attack and more experience.
However, Ethan was in such great shape that he actually fought Casey evenly!

His moves were precise, his reactions were fast, and his timing was perfect. He truly showed the potent of A–level mental power!
In the end, after an intense exchange, Ethan used a clever feint to lure Casey into exposing a flaw and w with a single decisive strike!
“Wow!”
The training field erupted with excitement.
He won two matches in a row, and even beat Casey, who was in the top ten.
This was simply a shocking turnaround.
“Oh my god! Did Ethan take the wrong medicine today? Wait, the test said he didn’t take any drugs!”
“Was he hiding his strength this whole time?”
“His spirit damage dropped by one percent. What’s going on?”
Tyler and his group wore dark expressions. Their mocking words felt like loud slaps to their own faces
After class, Ethan packed his things to leave. Kyle walked up to him with a fake, nervous smile. “Ethan! You’re so cool! After today, I bet Tyler and the others won’t dare to make fun of you anymore.”
Ethan’s reaction was very flat, as if he were looking at a stranger. “Do you need something?”
Kyle bit his lip, looking very conflicted. “Ethan, I want to become as strong as you. C–can you teach me?”
“No,” Ethan replied shortly and calmly, then walked away
The smile on Kyle’s face froze and he stood there awkwardly.
Ethan walked out of the training field. The light of the setting sun fell on him.
He tightly hugged the lunch box in his bag. It felt like the warmth and smell of the potatoes were still
there.
During the break between classes, Evan walked out of the mecha simulation room, thinking about his training.

Whether it was reaction speed or control accuracy, everything had clearly improved.
His final score was only a few points away from the S–level threshold.
If he improved a little more, maybe he could make it into the S–level during the next exam.

While he was thinking, his classmate, Blake Turner, suddenly grabbed his shoulder from behind. He whispered with a mysterious excitement.
“Have you heard? There’s a student two grades below us who tested a one percent drop in mental powe damage! Isn’t this stuff supposed to be irreversible? How did he do it?”
Evan’s heart skipped a beat, but he kept a calm expression. “Which student?”
“I think he’s a third–year student named Ethan.”
Evan’s eyes flickered. He understood now.
As he thought, Ethan’s lunch box had contained those magical potatoes.
Because the recycling station had lowered the prices of the potatoes so much, Elizabeth was very angry. soon as she got back, she started researching how to skip the middleman and sell her treasures directly the Starnet.
However, reality soon hit her like a bucket of cold water.
Opening a shop on Starnet to sell goods, especially natural food, had a very high barrier.
First, she had to have an official business license.
And to apply for a license to sell natural food, the prerequisite was providing detailed, verified plantation information.
She tried to fill in Garbage Planet A001 in the application. As a result, the application was rejected by the system almost instantly.
The reason for rejection was cold and absolute. “Environmental Assessment for Garbage Planet A001 Extremely Poor. There are no registered man–made or natural plantations. Also, Kingdom Environneni Agency has determined that the soil, water, and atmosphere of this planet are not suitable for any known edible crops. Application denied.”
