Not All Fear Leaves 

HANNAH’S POV: 

“Mummy! Congratulations! Daddy told us about it and we made you this. You are wearing one of the dresses from your collection. Do you like it?” Andrew smartly pointed out and asked, which made my eyes teary. 

“I love love it. Thank you my babies.” I kissed them both on their forehead and they embraced me warmly. 

Then they turned to Elijah and he crouched immediately as they barreled into him. I was so happy when we got back from the hospital after we got back and they pointed out that he would be as perfect as new anytime soon And he had not been wincing so I knew he was feeling better so I was no longer hovering over him. 

“You guys hungry?” he asked roughing up Andrew’s hair and he laughed running away. 

“Yes!” they chorused, 

We all went upstairs, showered quickly or in their case, splashed water everywhere and changed into pajamas before settling in the living room with trays of food. 

The kids devoured their chicken while i enjoyed my Italian food while we were seated at the table. nonstop. 

“So today, I told you about this new kid everyone has been stuck. Well everyone no longer thought he was cool when he said he though sharks lived in swimming pools and that’s why he doesn’t want to swim and join the swimming team.” Andrew told us and we laughed. 

“Do you want to join the swimming team?” Elijah asked him and Andrew shrugged and swallowed his food. 

“I mean it would be cool but I’m still deciding between that and baseball.” Elijah nodded staring at him impressed and I was just as amazed. 

Amelia described a new drawing she wanted to make and asked Elijah if he could help her find colors “that are very pink but not too pink.” 

“I can do that,” he promised, tapping her nose. “I’m basically a color expert.” 

“You’re not,” she corrected him with a straight face. 1
