**Chapter 267: Dirty Little Secret**
**Judy’s POV**
The moment the words slipped from my lips, I realized I hadn’t fully grasped their weight. It felt as though they had unlocked something deep within him, because in the very next heartbeat, he was enveloping me completely. My body reacted instinctively, and I found myself crying out his name, every other thought evaporating like mist in the morning sun. With each thrust, he struck that exquisite spot inside me, sending delightful shivers racing through my legs and igniting my entire being with a thrilling pulse of excitement. Even my wolf, usually so guarded and heartbroken from our failed mating, was lost in a blissful haze, savoring every moment.
Before I could fully process what was happening, Gavin’s lips descended upon mine once more, and he gently tugged my bottom lip into his mouth. A smile blossomed on my face, a silent plea for more—more of him, more of this intoxicating connection. My fingers wove through his silky hair, anchoring him to me as I kissed him with a fervor that left me breathless. He didn’t resist; instead, he welcomed my exploration, allowing me to take all that I craved.
“Judy…” he moaned, the sound vibrating through me like a melody. My name on his lips was a sweet song, and I wished to hear it echo endlessly.
I could feel him swelling and twitching inside me, yet he held back, teasing me with restraint. His thumb found its way between us, skillfully rubbing my core, coaxing my pleasure higher and higher until I could no longer contain it. With a final, desperate cry of his name, I shattered into pieces, and he followed me into that euphoric abyss, releasing himself deep within me. We became a tangle of limbs, both panting and slick with sweat, lost in the aftermath of our shared ecstasy.
For a moment, we lingered in that blissful state, trying to catch our breath before he gently lifted himself off me and helped me into a sitting position. I raked my fingers through my tousled hair, feeling a flush of embarrassment creep up my cheeks. What had just transpired was so far beyond what I had anticipated for my evening.
Gavin, ever the composed one, quickly adjusted his clothing, returning to a semblance of normalcy as if nothing had happened at all. I stared at him, wide-eyed and incredulous, marveling at his ability to bounce back so swiftly. A playful smirk danced on his lips as he brushed his thumb across my bottom lip, tucking a stray strand of hair behind my ear with a tenderness that made my heart race. He pressed a soft kiss to my forehead, and I felt a flutter of warmth spread through me.
He gave me a moment to gather myself before he rolled down the window. Outside, Taylor stood by the car, his cheeks flushed a deep crimson. There was no doubt in my mind that he had overheard everything. A wave of embarrassment washed over me, and I wanted nothing more than to sink into the seat and disappear. Yet, Gavin seemed unfazed by the whole situation.
“Take us back to my Villa,” he commanded, his voice steady and authoritative.
Taylor nodded quickly and slid into the driver’s seat, promptly closing the small window that separated the front from the back, granting us a sliver of privacy.
I turned to Gavin, surprise etched on my face.
“You aren’t taking me home?” I asked, my voice tinged with uncertainty.
He raised an eyebrow, a hint of mischief in his gaze.
“Do you want to go home?”
I pondered his question for a brief moment before shaking my head.
As we drove, my mind raced with a whirlwind of thoughts. Why had Gavin kissed me again? And what had compelled us to cross that line into intimacy? Hadn’t we agreed that this was a boundary we wouldn’t breach again? Yet, here we were, and he appeared entirely unconcerned about our broken pact. In fact, he looked positively satisfied, almost smug, as if he had just scored a significant victory. But this wasn’t a victory; it was a complication—one that I was certain would only add layers to our already tangled lives.
I couldn’t shake the questions that loomed in my mind regarding our dynamic as employee and employer. And then there was Walter… oh Goddess, Walter.
How could I have forgotten about him?
I instinctively reached up to touch my cheek, expecting to feel the lingering tenderness from his earlier assault. To my surprise, there was no trace of pain; my skin felt perfectly fine. Had I imagined the entire incident? Or had I somehow healed after Walter struck me?
“You don’t need to worry about him anymore,” Gavin said, his tone reassuring as if he could read the turmoil swirling in my thoughts. “He’s never going to bother you again.”
“W…what do you mean?” I asked, peering up at him with a mix of confusion and curiosity.
“I’ll handle him,” he replied matter-of-factly. “What he did was completely unacceptable. I’ve already mindlinked one of my security team members. They’re going to retrieve the footage from the back patio.”
My mouth fell open in shock.
“There were cameras?” I gasped, disbelief washing over me.
“Of course there are,” he said, his expression unwavering. “I’m not letting him get away with this. He will pay the ultimate price for hurting you.”
A flush of warmth spread through me at his fierce words; I hadn’t expected him to care so deeply about my well-being, especially when it came to someone like Walter.
“You shouldn’t be too hard on him. He’s your nephew…”
“Which makes it worse,” Gavin interjected, his voice low and intense. “He’s family, and my family never raises their hand to women. This cannot go unpunished.”
I understood that there was no swaying his resolve; I bit the inside of my cheek, casting my gaze downward to my hands.
“He asked me to be his girlfriend,” I whispered, feeling a weight settle in my chest as I recalled the painful memory. Gavin tensed beside me. “I said no. He was furious… he said some pretty cruel things.”
“Why did you turn down his offer?”
His tone was more curious than accusatory, and a flicker of warmth ignited in my chest at the thought that perhaps he cared for me, even if just a little.
“I didn’t feel the same way about him,” I confessed, my voice barely above a whisper. “I didn’t want to hurt him, but I couldn’t reciprocate his feelings.”
Gavin nodded, his expression softening as he absorbed my words.
