Chapter 11
I put my index finger on my lips, reminding them to be silent.
“Hello, Grandma, what happened?”
“Sienna, you child, you didn’t even mention in advance that your sister was coming over. We haven’t prepared anything at home.” Just this sentence made me feel a wave of darkness in front of my eyes. It took a few deep breaths before I regained my voice.
*Grandma, did you let her in?”
“Yeah, really? She said you knew, don’t you know?”
I hadn’t had a chance to reply yet when there came a rustling sound from the other side.
Then, Carolina’s sweet voice came through
“Sirma, my grandmother and I were waiting for you at home. You must come alone. Hurry up and come over, hehe—“Something’s not right..
Her condition was not right, and she couldn’t hide her excitement in her tone, revealing a touch of madness.
“Okay! I will go back alone right away! Carolina, will you take good care of Grandina and make sure she doesn’t get hurt, right?” I forced myself to stay calm and comed her gently
After a few seconds, the person on the other side finally replied, “Of course, as long as Sienna comes, Grandma will be safe.”
The phone hung up, and I immediately ran towards the parking space.
The two people I bumped into had the same bewildered look on their faces. “Sienna, where are you going? Don’t leave!”
I was both anxious and angry, and I slapped Joey’s face, who was holding me back.
“Get out of here! Joey, I’m asking you! Did you bring your sister? What exactly do you guys want to do?”
“My younger sister? Ah, you mean Carolina?”
As soon as the words fell, Brayden, who had been silent all along, suddenly exclaimed with excitement, “It’s impossible! She clearly— “Brayden!”
I glared fiercely at Joey and said, “Carolina is with Isabela! I’m telling you, Joey, if anything happens to Isabela, I will definitely trade my life for that Junatic!”
After I left, she might have felt…without me as an obstacle, she could finally be with Brayden.
For the first time, she put her ambition and desire on the table and said to Brayden with joy, “Sienna is gone, you still have me. I love you more than her. Don’t like her anymore, like me, marry mo!” Brayden looked at her as if he was seeing a ghost.
Just this sentence made the faces of the three people around me change.
Mrs. Ferrell suddenly burst into tears and angrily pointed at Brayden, saying, “You foolish, pig–headed person! Your father and I were smart all our lives, how did we end up with a dimwit like you!”
How many times have your father and i tried to persuade you? You never wanted to listen, you just felt like we were trying to control you! I, I shouldn’t have convinced Sienna to marry you, you don’t deserve ler!
Mrs. Ferrell wallod out of the house crying
Only Jory and Brayden remained, as if awakened from a deep dream
Moreover, she kept crying and saying that M
Mrs. Ferrell looked down on her and despised her as Carolina, her adopted daughter.
But this time… Joey didn’t gently wipe away the tears from her face anymore. Instead, he swiftly contacted a foreign school and sent her abroad.

The readers' comments on the novel: The Wedding Dress that Ruined Everything
Ch 50 Beginning of 4th Short story. Only 1 page. Incomplete. Summary from reading elsewhere: The world’s perfect couple. Husband is famous CEO who deals in jewelry and designed signature pieces for his beloved and doted on wife. To the world, and to her, they are they perfect loving couple, until she finds out he is having an affair with his Secretary. I can’t remember if it was a physical one or emotional (I can’t recall the correct name for it) one. Long story short, since she told him when she first agreed to be with him that if he ever betrayed her she would disappear from his world, she staged her suicide whilst exposing his affair (I think he also made custom designs for that woman or let her wear his signature piece for her) to the world. She moved abroad and opened a flower shop or something. He eventually finds her but I think she had quietly started dating someone else. Trying not to mix up stories. End the end, she doesn’t go back, he is miserable and regrets, I think he works himself to death, dies early and leaves everything to her....
Ch 49 End of Short Story 3. Too Late to Regret, I’ll call it. I like that she didn’t change her mind and she had valid points because even after realizing Carina’s presence and neediness and his catering to her ruined his family, he still hasn’t sent her packing. He could have had another friend hire her as a Secretary after regaining all the memories, but even after losing his wife and son behind his dealings with her and neglect of his wife and how he started to see her, he still indulged this woman and kept her on. I don’t like how the child isn’t mentioned in the end or how Wayne ended up in the end....
Ch 48 Oh, I like how this went. They both remain the same age but their circumstances changed… well hers did, and they just popped into the life they would have had. But that means theirs a child somewhere without parents but with his memories intact of who his parents were supposed to be since they kept their bodies....
Ch 47 Nope. No need....
Ch 46 Well that took long enough…...
Ch 45 Was it a voice recording or video?...
If the changes he made back then affect her now, why aren’t these feelings she’s invoking in him reflecting in the current Wayne?...
H 43, so… he asked his wife about a gift box for a gift that belongs to his not lover on their anniversary? He doesn’t find it odd that she knew where it was and since it was pink she would think it was for her? He thinks she needs him so he can do whatever he wants. I’m already not liking her thinking to make him change their past to fix their future. Leave him. He had the opportunity to do things right the first 7 sevens and correct mistakes in the last 5 with Carina....
Ch 25 End of 2nd book Letting Go, I’ll call it....
Ch 37 Didn’t they already exchange contacts earlier at the private room....
