It was not until the late
night that Joey, with a gloomy face, finally escorted Carolina back home.
The doctor repeatedly emphasized that her foot was not injured, but Carolina still cried and said it hurt.
I dragged Joey along to complete all the checks, and kept asking where Brayden had gone
“Did he, did he go to look for Sienna?”
Joey had never felt that taking care of his younger sister was so annoying.
Now, he not only couldn’t reach Sienna’s phone, but also couldn’t reach Brayden’s phone.
Already anxious, Carolina was still holding onto his arm, crying incessantly.
There were several times when he wanted to leave her and go home by
himself.
But when I thought about her young age, losing her parents and being dependent on others, I couldn’t bear to be harsh, so I reluctantly dragged it on until two o’clock in the morning

As soon as he was called by him, Brayden suddenly looked up, and only then did Joey see that he was crying.
This boy next door, in his memory, had never cried like this before.
His two eyes were already swollen, his nose was red, and his lips were cracked
The expression on the face, at first glance, appeared to be blank, but upon closer Inspection it seemed to be filled with madness. Joey’s heart sank to the bottom instantly, as terrifying speculations that he couldn’t bear flooded his mind one after another.
His voice trembled, “Where is Sienna? What have you done to her?”
After bearing Joey’s words, Brayden slightly widened his eyes.
After a moment, he suddenly covered as forehead with both hands and cried and laughed at the same time.
“Yeah, what did I do to her? What did I do to her?”
“What did I do to her? What did I do to Sienna?”
He used his clean hand to gently stroke the worn–out card, reading the words on it over and over again.
Joey was completely confused, and just as I was about to ask him what was wrong, I saw behind him in the wardrobe, the wedding dress that his sister had just worn today.
He lowered his head as it stung, but then noticed that there was an even more striking deep red on the hem of the skirt.
“I didn’t know! I really didn’t know! Bro, she lett, she doesn’t want us anymore……
The next second, Joey’s fist smashed into Brayden’s face.
Carolina, who had just sluggishly moved to the doorway, looked up and witn
I witnessed this astonishing scene.

Without caring about pretending to be sick anymore, I ran over in three or two steps and grabbed Joey.
“Bro, don’t hit Brayden! What’s going on between you guys? Did Sienna make you angry again?”
As soon as the words fell, the eyes of the two men turned towards her simultaneously.
The coldness and doubt made Carolina immediately let go. “Wha–what’s wrong? Isn’t it Sienna?”

Ch 50 Beginning of 4th Short story. Only 1 page. Incomplete. Summary from reading elsewhere: The world’s perfect couple. Husband is famous CEO who deals in jewelry and designed signature pieces for his beloved and doted on wife. To the world, and to her, they are they perfect loving couple, until she finds out he is having an affair with his Secretary. I can’t remember if it was a physical one or emotional (I can’t recall the correct name for it) one. Long story short, since she told him when she first agreed to be with him that if he ever betrayed her she would disappear from his world, she staged her suicide whilst exposing his affair (I think he also made custom designs for that woman or let her wear his signature piece for her) to the world. She moved abroad and opened a flower shop or something. He eventually finds her but I think she had quietly started dating someone else. Trying not to mix up stories. End the end, she doesn’t go back, he is miserable and regrets, I think he works himself to death, dies early and leaves everything to her....
Ch 49 End of Short Story 3. Too Late to Regret, I’ll call it. I like that she didn’t change her mind and she had valid points because even after realizing Carina’s presence and neediness and his catering to her ruined his family, he still hasn’t sent her packing. He could have had another friend hire her as a Secretary after regaining all the memories, but even after losing his wife and son behind his dealings with her and neglect of his wife and how he started to see her, he still indulged this woman and kept her on. I don’t like how the child isn’t mentioned in the end or how Wayne ended up in the end....
Ch 48 Oh, I like how this went. They both remain the same age but their circumstances changed… well hers did, and they just popped into the life they would have had. But that means theirs a child somewhere without parents but with his memories intact of who his parents were supposed to be since they kept their bodies....

He doesn’t find it odd that she knew where it was and since it was pink she would think it was for her? He thinks she needs him so he can do whatever he wants. I’m already not liking her thinking to make him change their past to fix their future. Leave him. He had the opportunity to do things right the first 7 sevens and correct mistakes in the last 5 with Carina....
