Meanwhile, Xaden played with Fenja’s hair absentmindedly. He stared into her eyes, straight to her soul, as he read what was in her mind. She kept recalling what happened last night, which only aroused Xaden more.

This was why, he could keep going. Though, Fenja didn’t say it, but he knew she wanted it and he was as helpless as she was.
