Too Late to Hold Me Back novel Chapter 321

He was suddenly struck by an idea. "Do you think Solflare Entertainment actually belongs to Owen?"

Lawrence asked his assistant.

"Owen, Solflare Entertainment... it's very possible," Zachary replied.

Right or wrong didn't matter. Agreeing with the boss was the only truth.

"Since our concert was canceled, deploy our people to completely sabotage the Solflare concert."

"Understood."

...

The concert was the following day. Mira and Gavin were running through their final rehearsals, and the artists brought in from Melvion City were already in position.

Since they hadn't participated in the main rehearsals and the promotional posters were already printed, the core setlist remained unchanged. They only needed two performers to fill in during the intermission.

Their primary role was to support the second and third acts of the tour.

Robert rushed into the room. "Great news, everyone. The Lance family's concert has been canceled."

The room erupted in cheers.

With the competing event gone, the audience they would have split might now buy tickets for their show.

Mira, however, instantly went on high alert. Owen's gaze turned somber. "Call a meeting for all staff."

He knew Lawrence's personality all too well. If they had continued their own concert, Lawrence would have focused his energy there.

But now that they were forced to scrap it, Lawrence would undoubtedly redirect all his resources to ruin theirs.

The next day, the concert proceeded as scheduled. The eighty-thousand-seat stadium was packed to the brim, illuminated by a dazzling array of lights.

At the entrance, fans flooded in like a tidal wave, waving meticulously crafted light sticks, their faces glowing with excitement and anticipation.

On the stage, massive LED screens radiated a captivating glow. The sound equipment was perfectly aligned, waiting for the signal to blast an awe-inspiring symphony.

It wasn't long before the intro music began to play, instantly plunging the venue into a hushed silence.

Since this was headlined by Gavin and his partner, the opening act was their duet.

Their rich, magnetic vocals instantly filled the arena, mesmerizing the crowd...

As the song concluded, thunderous applause erupted. Fans waved their light sticks, chanting the singers' names.
