"Mira? Didn't you say you were locking yourself in your house to work and study all holiday? What are you doing back on campus?"
Harvey Rivers called out, walking toward them with a few of his dormmates.
"Liora and Celine are visiting. I'm just giving them a tour,"
Mira explained, gesturing to the girls behind her.
"Harvey Rivers! It's only been a few months, and you're already acting like you don't know me?"
Liora teased, shooting him a playful glare.
"Of course I know you. Even if you were reduced to ash, I'd still recognize you, Liora,"
Harvey laughed easily.
"Since you two came all this way, enjoy the tour. Lunch is on me today."
"You're the one turning to ash!"
Liora ground her teeth, though a smirk played on her lips. "I'm ordering the most expensive thing on the menu, just for that."
"What about me, handsome? Why are you only saying hi to them?"
Sienna practically materialized beside Harvey, batting her eyelashes before turning to Mira. "Okay, Mira. I finally believe you. This campus is packed with gorgeous guys."
Celine desperately wanted to clamp a hand over her cousin's mouth, but with Harvey's friends standing right there, she couldn't make a scene.
Unfortunately, Sienna's loud flirtation successfully drew the attention of Harvey's friends.
"She's Celine's cousin. She tagged along for the day,"
Mira introduced her smoothly.
The guys, however, barely gave Sienna a second glance. They simply offered polite nods before looking away.
"Alright, we'll let you guys get back to it. We've got errands to run. Catch you later."
As Mira's group continued their walk, Sienna remained firmly planted, staring hungrily at Harvey's retreating back.
"Mira, you have to hook me up with Harvey,"
Sienna pleaded. Having gone to a different high school, she had never crossed paths with him before today.
She looked at Mira with starry-eyed desperation.
"Are you delusional? You honestly think a guy like Harvey would ever look twice at someone like you?"
Celine unleashed her pent-up rage without hesitation.
"Sienna, there are no toxic bad boys in Mira's inner circle. Just give it up," Liora added, trying to let her down gently.
"I don't strictly date bad boys! If Harvey agreed to date me, I swear I'd be entirely faithful to him."
