"I could fly you back," Frank offered. He was a licensed pilot himself.
Naomi's eyes brightened for a moment. "Really? But would Arabella be okay with me using her plane?"
"Let me go ask her," Frank said, turning to head toward the house just as one of the estate staff approached.
"Mr. Hamilton," the staff member said, "there's a gentleman at the main gate—Edward. He says he's on the guest list."
"Right," Frank replied. "Please let him through."
"Right away, sir." The staff member made a brief call to the gate, and within moments the car was cleared to enter.
Arabella stepped outside, having overheard the exchange. "Frank, was that Edward?"
"Yeah," Frank confirmed. "They're letting him in now."
Arabella glanced at Naomi. "You need to head back to the city?"
"I do," Naomi replied, sounding hesitant. "There's... something at the office that needs my attention. Would it be possible...?" She trailed off, feeling awkward about imposing.
"I heard earlier," Arabella said gently. "Since Edward's here now, why don't you take his car back to Doranor City? Once we're done here, he can fly home with us later."
"That would be perfect—thank you," Naomi said, relieved. She really did need to get back as soon as possible.
Arabella raised a subtle eyebrow. Was she in such a rush because of that phone call earlier?
Still, it's just a design firm—how urgent could it be that she has to leave right now?
A short while later, Edward's car pulled up the driveway.
"Edward!" Arabella smiled warmly and walked over to greet him.
"Sorry I'm late, Arabella. Got held up in traffic. You—" Edward's expression shifted instantly as he took in her appearance. "What happened to you?"
"Just a minor accident," Arabella said dismissively, then quickly changed the subject. "Listen, Naomi has an urgent situation back in Doranor City. Would you mind if she used your car to get back?"
"Oh, of course," Edward agreed without hesitation. If Arabella was asking, he wasn't about to refuse.
Arabella turned back to Naomi. "All set. You can take off whenever you're ready."
"Thank you both—really," Naomi said gratefully before heading toward the car.
Not long after, Naomi's figure disappeared down the tree-lined drive.
Edward's focus returned to Arabella, his eyes filled with concern. "How did you let this happen? You should've been more careful."
"It really was just an accident," Arabella replied, avoiding further explanation. "You must be tired after the drive. Do you want something to eat now, or would you rather join us for dinner later?"
"I'll eat with everyone," Edward decided.
Arabella nodded. "Okay, then let me show you around the property first—"
"Absolutely not, not in your condition," Edward cut in, shaking his head. "I don't need a tour. You should be resting."
There was no way he was going to let her walk around like this.
Frank placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "She's been running that company for a while now. I'm sure she can handle whatever it is. You should focus on getting better."
"You're right," Arabella agreed, before turning to head back inside to her room.
Her injuries weren't serious and had been properly treated, but after everything that had happened, she truly felt drained.
Once in her room, Arabella lay down on the bed and, without meaning to, drifted into a deep sleep.
Dusk had settled by the time a soft knock came at the door.
"Arabella?" Florence's voice called from the hallway. "Dinner's ready whenever you are."
Arabella stirred, blinking slowly as she took in the unfamiliar shadows of the room. For a moment, she couldn't remember where she was.
"Arabella? You awake?" Florence called again gently.
"Yeah," Arabella answered, her voice still thick with sleep. "I'll be right down."
"No rush," Florence replied before her footsteps faded down the hall.
Left alone again, Arabella sat up and slowly gathered her senses.
This was her room—she'd been napping all afternoon. Alone, quiet, and safe.
She took a steadying breath and prepared to join the others downstairs.

The readers' comments on the novel: True Heiress Returns to Her Unemployed Rich Family (Arabella)
This has been going for too long in circles. Reached ch 654 and it's still the same twists no changes at all. Other novels reaches it's climax not beyond ch 300 and it's more captivating. Don't let us readers abandon this....
Update please...
I started the novel with great interest. In the beginning the storyline was captivating. Then I feel that the more the story advances, the twists were no longer great. Moreover I don't like Arabella s personality, cold, distant......
