"I heard..." she murmured. "Lloyd and Claudia have given their approval. He already took her to meet them."
Vernon Ross and the others had guessed Thorne had done something to anger Irma, but they hadn't expected Lloyd and Claudia to cave so quickly and welcome Vesta.
At this rate, the moment Charlene's divorce cooling-off period ended, Thorne and Vesta would likely get married right away.
Helena had only suspected that Thorne had brought Vesta to the Henderson estate against Irma's wishes. She hadn't anticipated things escalating this fast.
Stunned, she retreated into an even deeper silence.
She turned her head toward the window. Charlene leaned over to speak to her, only to realize her grandmother's eyes were brimming with tears.

Gosh, this is excruciating ! The slow pace made me leave this for over 3 months. Was just taking a peek and not much development. Btw they have now made this into a 3hr 40 min long drama.Available on daily motion under, the name, next chapter without you. But all the other fringe characters such as York Granger Gaylord are missing in the movie. Ending is very satisfying, practical and apt. She chooses to leave thorne and jasmine and be with Stewart. Vesta and family are inter national wanted Criminals. Not sure if they replicate the same on here. As this book is now on the app for more than 9 months, have a feeling it'll be another 6 to 9 months before this is completed!...

I know its ur story and u obviously have ur own plot line and all and have every right to build the story as u like but what writer provide isnt just entertainment, but they shape the narrative of young minds. So I would say that romanticing cheating is, or rather THORNE'S behaviour, wrong for all the reasons..give york a chance ..that will be way more satisfying...again all of this is just my point of view but if charlene and thorne get back together, its not the story im looking for...
