“I think Thome is interested in them for reasons I don’t understand yet. But if Matthew starts investigating Bianca’s death, if he questions the official story, Thorne might see him as a threat.”

“On it. I’ll have security in place within ten minutes.”

I ended the call just as Thorne turned and walked back toward the elevators, his phone still pressed to his ear.
