"Mengmeng." As soon as Mu Qingge stood on the ground of the space, she called out.
Instantly, a little figure flew over from the distance and rushed directly into Mu Qingge’s arms, complaining, "Wah wah wah, is Master planning to abandon Mengmeng for that Great Demon King?"
Mu Qingge picked her up, shook her in her hand, and asked quizzically, "What are you talking about? What Great Demon King?"
Mengmeng sniffled with grievance, eyes brimming with tears, "Master, you mustn’t abandon me."
"When did I say I’d abandon you?" Mu Qingge lightly furrowed her eyebrows.
Mengmeng lowered her head, fiddling with her fingers, muttered pitifully, "I saw everything last night, you and the Great Demon King were rolling around on the bed, looking so happy."
Mu Qingge’s cheeks flushed suddenly, and her lips twitched uncontrollably.
With a grasp, she pinched Mengmeng in her palm, her tone fierce, "How dare you peek at me?"
"I-I didn’t mean to! I was worried about you, afraid you’d be bullied by the Great Demon King. At worst, Mengmeng won’t watch anymore! Bad Master!" Mengmeng shouted out loud in grievance.
"Why do you call him the Great Demon King?" Mu Qingge asked with furrowed brows.
"Hmph. I won’t say!" Mengmeng twisted her head in arrogance, snorting coldly.
Mu Qingge’s eyes narrowed dangeriously, her grip tightened, "You won’t say?"
"Ahhh! It hurts so much! Bad Master!" Mengmeng struggled trying to resist, but couldn’t change the fact that Mu Qingge was her master, rendering all her counterattacks ineffective.
"Wah wah wah, I’ll say, I’ll say, Master please let go." In the end, Mengmeng had no choice but to beg for mercy.
Mu Qingge was annoyed by her clamor, casually tossed her aside. Using her pinky to dig in her ear, impatiently asked, "Did you call me here just to say this?"
"Of course not!" Mengmeng’s voice came from afar to near, and in an instant appeared in front of Mu Qingge.
She stared angrily at Mu Qingge, yet in the next moment she snuggled onto her shoulder, affectionately nuzzling, coyly saying, "Mengmeng missed Master."
Mu Qingge’s lips twitched, she understood, "Did you eat up all the elixirs again?"
Mengmeng lifted her chubby little face, and her big watery eyes sparkled with little stars as she nodded vigorously.
Mu Qingge had given Mengmeng elixirs like candy, all in set quantities. The rest were stored in the Alchemy Room, which Mengmeng dared not steal from.
Mu Qingge thought for a bit, indeed she had been busy recently and forgot to make elixirs for Mengmeng.
